Bromwell's The Fireplace People

Very professional. They worked around our busy schedule and got the fireplace insert done before Christmas Day. We are very pleased with their work.

We had a very disappointing experience with Bromwells. My wife and I started this process in good faith, paying for their team to come out and take all the necessary measurements, visiting their showroom, and carefully selecting the right product for our needs. We were ready to spend nearly $15,000, trusting that Bromwells was a professional and reputable business. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. Zack, their head of sales, initially sent us a docusign contract and mentioned a 50% deposit was required. However, no follow-up or payment link was provided, which is standard practice with most professional vendors. When I remembered the deposit and called to address the matter, I was met with hostility. Instead of assisting, Zack blamed me for the issue and was argumentative throughout the call. When I asked to escalate my concerns or speak to someone else in the company, I was told Zack is the head of sales and that the owners are uninvolved and unavailable. With no other way to voice my feedback, I feel compelled to share my experience here. While it’s disappointing, this situation did make us realize that our assumptions about Bromwells’ professionalism were inaccurate. If this is how they handle customer interactions, I would strongly recommend others look elsewhere for their projects.

The selection of quality products from which to choose is just right and priced reasonably. Bromwell’s has been around ever since before I can remember and has always been known for quality products and services. We just bought two propane fireplace inserts and are very pleased.

In addition to speaking to the sales manager, Zack, who was very professional and kind, I want to publicly commend the service we were provided by Julio. Julio quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and then cleaned our gas log system. It was evident that Julio takes pride in what he does. He made sure the fireplace area was protected from the expected debris that occurs when cleaning, and he removed all evidence he had even been there. In addition, he re-set the logs in a way that makes the fireplace even more appealing. Our thanks and appreciation to Julio for a job very well done, and to Bromwell’s for excellent customer service.

I just had newly installed fireplace logs in my fireplace by Bromwell’s installer Adrian. Neat, punctual, quality and professional in all aspects of installation. Highly recommend Bromwell’s for any fireplace needs.

I recently purchased a custom-built door for my fireplace and am very happy with the quality of the finished product. The team at Bromwell's was very professional and listened to my concerns and the challenges that my particular fireplace presented. The entire process was seamless from the initial measuring for the door through the installation of the door in my house. I highly recommend this company and know you will be satisfied with the outcome because the team at Bromwell's work together to ensure you are happy with the end result!

So happy I went with Bromwell's. Prescott and Brian did an amazing job finding me a smaller model fireplace that works off a remote to replace the old one I had from the 1990's. They honored their pricing commitments and were even able to install the unit ahead of schedule, which was fantastic given the situation with Covid and the fact that they are really busy at this time. Just a great experience all around!! I can highly recommend Bromwell's!

We had a fireplace insert installed by Bromwell’s The Fireplace People. Brian was very helpful throughout our planning process. He explained all of our options and was always responsive when we had questions. Prescott was very helpful in setting up our installation and sending a reminder the day before. The installation was performed by Kevin and Merlin. They were polite and knowledgeable about the installation process. They were able to answer our questions and Kevin showed us how to use the remote and explained safeguards for using the fireplace. They also put down protection and wore she covers for our floors and throughly cleaned up. We were very satisfied with our Bromwells’ experience. I also want to mention Jessica, who answered the phone the many times that I called the showroom. She was always very polite and genuinely concerned about helping me answer my questions. We recently bought a wood burning fireplace through Bromwell's and had them install it and our experience was great! I had done a bunch of research prior and when I brought my needs to Brian he confirmed my research and sent me options and packages that would work for our new room addition. Once we picked our fireplace, they installed it and its has only been a good experience. Brian was attentive from the moment we reach out and always responded back asap with all my questions. I would definitely look to them if you are wanting to purchase a fireplace.

We recently converted our wood burning fireplace to gas logs with a custom glass screen. In doing so we visited several businesses, and when finished had no doubt we would use Bromwell's. Our salesman, Hayder, was patient, professional, and provided a wealth of information. I had many concerns since we own a historic home and have hoops to jump through when doing anything involving permits. Hayder took extra time to explain all the steps involved with gas logs as well as the pros and cons of various glass screens. Bromwell's wisely has specialists, each handling his own aspect of the project. Each of the workers arrived on time, did an excellent job, and left our home spotless. We could not be happier with our fireplace and the team at Bromwell's.

Just had Kozy Heat Roosevelt 34 with birch log set installed. Dealing with Bromwells from sales to install was a pleasure. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Thanks for a great experience Jesse, Prescott and Eric.

Just completed installation of a replacement Peterson fireplace log set. Work was done efficiently and the new set is working well and providing more heat to the room than the old (15 years) set. So far, i am pleased with the new system and with Bromwell's installation. The installation tech was considerate, friendly and courteous and the sales staff was responsive and helpful as i was deciding between repair and replacement of the old set. Thanks!
