We love our beautiful Fire table by Cooke. We especially loved that we were able to semi-customize our table, by ordering only the base, and having our local fabricator match our existing outdoor kitchen granite for the top. Dave was so helpful in this process, providing scale drawings for the top. I‘m also delighted that our table is fully made in the US. The quality is outstanding; the sturdy, durable base is made by craftsmen who cleanly know their stuff. The order process was simple. From placing the order, to shipment from CA to our home in Texas, and finally, simple assembly in our outdoor space, the Cooke team was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Great job by this family owned business. We highly recommend them!

This fire table is a work of art, and very well made. Pictures do not do it justice -- it is absolutely stunning in person. We are very happy with our purchase, the product, and the service. David Cooke has been extremely responsive to our questions, and the product arrived in perfect shape with easy to follow assembly instructions.

David Cooke's fire pits are stellar. I live in the mid West now and we purchased last year in October and wasn't able to use it until early Summer this year. First of all, it's a beauty, second it is stunning, sturdy and so easy to clean. I love that the table I got was large enough to have full sized plates so we could dine outdoors with some friends. The flame is perfect for us although right now it's ambiance for us being Summer... GREAT table and customer service with Max was fantastic

It is truly a piece of furniture that has enhanced our patio, Being a general contractor, my husband is impressed with the high quality of workmanship and materials---stainless steel, copper, aluminum, NOT plastic. We also were impressed with David's and his associates' professionalism. We know we will enjoy our fire pit for many years to come.

After going through a full two seasons with my firetable I can't really imagine being happier. I've hosted many very enjoyable evenings around the table and look forward to many more. The Cooke firetable is basically impervious to the elements, even when left uncovered, and looks as good today as when I first set it up. I use some basic stone cleaner and polish, and the granite shines, and the fire itself really is mesmerizingly beautiful. The stainless cover has not even a speck of rust on it from day one, which goes to show that Cooke Furniture uses very high grades stainless steel. The aluminum base is super sturdy and the entire table is just a rock, and I never have to worry about it. Simple to operate, turn the dial, spark it up and you are good to go. On top of the great looks and functionality of the table itself, I have nothing but good things to say about David, as he has been super helpful from start to finish. From designing this table with me, and dealing graciously with all my nitpicky questions, to helping me out with specific questions post set up, everything has gone really smoothly. All in all, this has been one of my favorite home-related purchases and I expect I will get many years of enjoyment from it.

David helped me throughout the entire process per my clients specifications of their custom outdoor firepit. He provided me with samples to show the client, detail explanation on the material needed and lead time along with a fantastic install which the client was very happy about. I worked with David on our hotel project, Riverhouse on the Deschutes in Bend, OR. We specified three large custom tables for the patio deck, 2 of them are fire pit tables with metal bases and granite tops. All of the tables were delivered on time and are all beautifully made. COOKE fire and ice fire pit is a beautiful addition to our back yard. The design is simple yet sleek and is very easy to operate. The stainless steel cover to protect the ice (glass) and the raised square glass fire protection shield are beautiful additions. The hibachi grill add on is fun for the whole family.

David was able to answer all my questions directly, which made me feel much more comfortable ordering the table on line. The table showed up very well packaged, pretty easy to put together and is a great addition to our outdoor area. Very satisfied with entire process from beginning to end.

Ordered the Parkway table with brushed aluminium top and table is fantastic. David Cooke answered all my questions over a period if time. The product finish and quality are excellent. The heat output is as good as well.

We ordered a fire table from David after going through two from Restoration Hardware. The quality is wonderful and the burner so much better than what we had experienced with RH. The best part is that the propane tank is built into the base (on it's side) so that you don't have to have a cord and tank showing. We went with the honed black granite top which is very much worth the extra $$$.

I am an engineer by trade and have designed many products during my career, that being said, I am confident in recommending Cooke as a high quality fire table manufacturer. I ordered the base, the fire pit insert, the glass and all of the connections from Cooke and decided to source a granite top locally. I was able to find a granite table in my local classifieds that was the perfect size for $200. I took it to a local granite shop who cut and delivered the piece to me for $75. The end result was perfect and saved me a ton of money. Cooke has great customer service and has been quick to answer all of my questions along the way. All in all, they are highly recommended.

We looked at a lot of possible fire pit tables. We wanted a dining height table that had a stone top, not the mass-produced concrete/fiberglass tops. Ordered it remotely via pictures and reviews. We are very pleased with our fire pit table. It looks very nice and is excellent quality (1.25" granite top). If the area you live in can be cold, would also recommend the under table heater that blow hot air at your legs. A bit expensive, but worth it. David is also great to work. If you want a high-quality fire pit table, you would be hard pressed to find a better one.

We purchased a fire pit from David Cooke back in 2014. We wanted some help deciding which one to buy and were able to connect directly with David to help us make the decision. The fire pit finish and look (we went for brushed aluminum) is amazing - easy to put together and have running in no time. A brilliant enhancement to our roof deck in Chicago! We just bought an amazing fire pit table from socalfirepits.com (also see CookeFurniture.com). We wanted a fire pit table that was moveable (not hardscaped), but wanted it to be sturdy, attractive and functional. We went to various home improvement stores and to high end patio furniture stores to see what was available. Although the appearances and prices varied greatly (a few hundred to a few thousand dollars), the overall quality and workmanship of the fire pits did not! I purchased a firepit table from Cooke Furniture last summer. The design shows a lot of attention to detail, and it is very well built. I'm a stickler for quality, and this is definitely something that will hold up for a long time. My wife and I love to entertain, and when we have a party on the patio the firepit table is always the focal point of the gathering. The atmosphere it provides is fantastic. I'm very happy with it!

I met Dave at an art show and enjoyed meeting him and hearing about his firepit table products enough to purchase one. I purchased the brushed aluminum topped table and love it. It works great, and feels solid. The propane door can be a little tricky to secure, but I have since found out David redesigned the door for ease of securing. When I have guests over the firepit table is always a topic of discussion and living in San Diego, there are plenty of great days to enjoy the evenings around the fire table. I worked with David 3 years ago on the design for the Diego fire pit. I couldn’t find a modern fire pit with clear lines and was about to redesign our backyard. After I contacted David he came up with the design details and send me color samples as well as design suggestions. We finalized the design and color. I never met him before and we did all transactions via email. I finally stopped by his shop in LA on my way to mammoth and was able to see the fire pits. I was absolutely amazed by the craftsmanship and quality. Until this day there is not one sign of rust or wear (I cover them but live 3 miles from the Ocean so get lots of humidity). The first pictures on this side are from my backyard warmin party which David attended as well. He has been a great adviser since then and I usually consult him on my projects. David Ccoke was the most helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable service provider I have dealt with in a long time. When was the last time you left a voicemail for a service provider after hours only to have the business owner call you back on his/her time? Very impressive! Now for the table - it's beautiful, was extremely easy to put together and worked perfectly the first time - and that's coming from someone who rarely knows his hammers from his screwdrivers. Hanging outside around our Cooke Furniture Balboa fire pit table has been my favorite way to spend time this summer... It's always the spot where everyone ends up gathering to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Or fire pit has elevated our deck to a whole new level of awesome! David is fantastic to work with. He did an excellent job of creating a gorgeous showpiece that matches the overall design aesthetic of our deck project. We recently purchased a Parkway fit pit table (base only) from Cooke Furniture and had a unique granite top fabricated locally.
