we had chose ash grey for a fireplace surround. we are very satisfied with the colour and the straight design. the people at dekko in kingsville were very pleasant to work with right from the girls in the office to the installers. it was a very good experience and went very smoothly. would recommend this company anytime to someone looking for a different look for your fireplace.

I hunted for months for the right fire feature for my backyard oasis. I looked at a lot of options-- all of them were lacking style and wow factor, and seemed cheap looking compared to the Dekko products. I actually was shocked to find that Dekko was less than 45 minutes from where I live! The staff at the store were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I wasn't expecting just how great the fire bowl I ordered would be-- it is beautiful to look at, and it has a very intense flame that attracts all my guests every time it is on. While I had a great backyard already, the unique feature really made a difference-- it is more elegant, refined, and just shouts lux. I'm so happy with it that I had to write a review for others. The product is great, and I highly recommend Dekko.

I absolutely LOVE my fire pit!! We purchased a custom unit from Dekko and could not be happier! The flame is just gorgeous to sit around, we chose the crushed glass option for the topping and it looks beautiful, I love the way it sparkles! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a modern and elegant touch to add to their decor. I did A LOT of research on fire pits and kept coming back to the Avera fire pit by Dekko (approx. 5' x 2'). I tried very hard to find one I liked in the U.S. to avoid shipping one from Canada, but I just couldn't find one that compared. It's not an inexpensive item, but from the internet shopping I did, I found the Avera was not unreasonably priced, and compared to some, was really of quite good value. The fire pit was packed well and arrived in good shape except for some very minor damage to the legs which are pretty much hidden anyway. I contacted Dekko about the legs and they were extremely nice and shipped me a "patch kit" immediately. Honestly, now that the fire pit is installed, no one would ever notice anything wrong with the legs. I've called Dekko several times with questions and everyone I've ever talked to there has been so very, very nice. I consider the company to be top-notch in customer service. We are extremely pleased with our fire pit and it will be a focal point in our landscape redo. The glass filler sparkles nicely as the flames dance. Very cool! (see pics) One thing to be aware of before purchasing is that this particular fire pit puts out a lot of BTUs, which is great, but make sure you have a sufficient gas supply (if you're going with natural gas). I'm sure anyone at Dekko would be happy to advise. In our particular case, we needed to hook it up to a 3/4" gas supply, but of course it would depend on the length of the run in each individual circumstance. We would also recommend finding/contacting a plumbing contractor who specializes in things like gas lines, fire pits, fireplaces, heaters, etc. We had a number of plumbers who were happy to do the work, but didn't know what they were doing. They would have hooked it up to an insufficient (1/2") gas line some distance away, and the resulting flame would have been highly disappointing. Luckily we dodged that bullet.

Amazing product! After doing quite a bit of research online, we decided to purchase the Serenade Firepit from Dekko. We liked that the product was lightweight and better priced than other similar products. Dekko was able to mail us colour samples and made deciding on a colour much easier (we chose Charcoal). We are in love with our Firepit, it is the highlight of our backyard!

We purchased the Avera Firepit after a recommendation from our landscape designer. DEKKO had great staff that were able to answer all of my questions and were able to ship our firepit right away. Very happy with our purchase.

The urban simplistic feel of this product really caught my eye. We chose the wall panels in charcoal to frame in our wood fireplace right to the ceiling. They added the edge and elegance we needed for our Great Room. I must say right from the beginning Dekko was stellar with their customer service. From the initial phone call through the buying process and into the installation. Since then I have ordered another product, one of their fire features. The Serenade firebowl! What an awesome idea for the patio!! For those cozy nights curling up with a glass of wine or entertaining your friends. Can't wait for it to arrive!
