Thank you for speaking with us this Monday morning Rick. Again, we are very apologetic that we were not timely at getting a service tech out to your residence. As you can imagine, the windstorm and holiday schedule was a stress on everyone as well our service department at Falco's. But that does not excuse us from making your experience with us positive. We are appreciative for your feedback as it helps us grow and learn from our mistakes. You informed us this Monday that your wood stove has since been serviced and fixed by someone other than Falco's. As requested during the phone conversation, we would be extremely appreciative if you would share with us what exactly the issue with the stove was. Wood stoves can be complicated with many issues and many different solutions, everyone here at Falco's can learn from this experience if we are aware of the specific issue you were experiencing. As for the building inspection, it is Falco's strict policy to pull permits on every installation. We have verified that the permit for your installation was in fact properly pulled and is now in the homeowner's hands to schedule the final inspection. There is no record of a final inspection ever being scheduled. We urged your local permits office to contact you to schedule this. If we have missed something that you think is imperative to this process, please let us know as soon as possible.
