A truly amazing company! Installation was amazing and when we had a personal operation issue they came back and helped us get that figured out! Andrea is so friendly and knowledgeable about the products and we are so happy to have purchased from friendly fires with Andreas help!

The sales person was friendly and thorough in his overall assessment of the locations the gas fireplace could be placed as well as the location the gas line could be placed against the house. The installation went smoothly and the installers seemed to be well qualified.
