H2 Llc

I ordered an almost $3K shower door from H2. The door came in from the manufacturer incorrect and could not fully be installed, so they had to make another door. This is where the issues started. I get that the door coming in wrong was not H2's fault, however I had to do ALL of the leg work to figure out when the new door was coming and being installed. I was told the door was supposed to be installed today, but after it didn't make the truck from the manufacturer, I am now being told it "may" be on the truck tomorrow. H2 is blaming pretty much everything on the manufacturer, which is fine, but you can still keep the customer in the loop (something they do NOT do). Their customer service really isn't good...I was told I would get phone calls with updates (on the new door), but they would never come. They NEVER initiated an update, I had to initiate EVERY single communication we have had (going on 2 weeks now). And the girl who answers the phone always seems like she doesn't have the time to hear why you are calling, and immediately wants to put you in someone's voicemail. I still have NO idea when the correct door will be installed, I am hoping maybe next week....I am supposed to get a call on Friday letting me know. Not sure I will actually get a call from them, here's to hoping! ***UPDATE***- H2 never called today with an update, so I had to call the manufacturer to find out if it made it on the truck
