We had our Jotul propane stove installed in the fall of 2021 and have been enjoying it very much this past heating season. This stove has not only kept our home warm, but, has added to the ambiance of our living room. The only regret is that we should have done this earlier. Being senior citizens, the ease of just flicking the switch to “on” brought big smiles on our faces these past months. Hearth and Home provided us with a seam less transition from wood to propane. From the first meeting with them til the final installation, their team work was professional, courteous, trust worthy, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Hearth and Home. They will exceed your expectations.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST: I needed to replace my 30+ yr old gas log pilot & burner in fireplace. H & H's Rita & highly experienced H & H Team did an outstanding job in: -- Confirming on site need to replace old unit, -- Providing an excellent USA made unit within 48 hours, -- Having H & H's highly experienced installers remove old, & install new, -- Demonstrating & making certain that we knew how to properly operate new unit following both their, & the new unit's manufacturer's written instructions before H & H's installers left. I have been a customer of Hearth And Home since 1996 Marvin and Rita truly know how to run a business and attend to their customers the very few times with the product they sold me if I have ever needed any service they get back in touch with me the next day and they usually have the part in stock and I’m back up and running most times the same day I highly recommend them over your big box stores for pellet stove fireplaces and servicing. please remember annual service of your stove or fireplace is the most important thing. My current pellet stove a purchased from them is 22 years old and still going

I've been using Hearth & Home for several years and am very happy with this company. The last person to come out and service my central air/heating unit was Jeremy Sorum and he was really a perfectionist and good at his trade. He was also very polite and knowledgeable answering all of my questions in a very intelligent way. Hope I get Jeremy on the next preventive maintenance visit!

I hired Hearth and Home to repair an old and damaged chimney. The work was amazing completed on time and they kept me involved in the process by sharing pictures as the work was completed. The workers did not only an excellent job but cleaned up after. I couldn't even tell they were there. Great company highly recommended.

My experience with this company was terrible. First, after they placed my order for fireplace insert which they came and measured for, they then asked me to confirm the measurement and also asked me to perform my own stonework to prepare the existing fireplace. Second, after they installed the insert, they did not screw it in, to which I had to fight with them to come back out to do. Finally and worst, to this day a breeze comes in the room from it. I can only assume they did not correctly install the cap on chimney. I contacted thr insert manufacturer who stated that a breeze should not be occurring. I lost that battle with Hearth n Home though; they never camd to fix it and i gave up and put insulation around it.

The guy who came out to measure knew exactly what was wrong with our flue and offered several alternatives regarding types of inserts - wood burning, gas, vs a new flue lining. Sales people in store were helpful and very knowledgeable. Two guys showed up, on time, to install. They were professional, fast & didn't complain about our Many steps. The lead guy was also patient & concise when explaining how the remote worked & other operating details. The only caveat with a place like this is we had to wait till perilously close to Xmas for installation. But hey, it was Nov! Bottom line: they showed up when they said they would & did a great job. I would definitely recommend Hearth & Home - just get your order in sooner than we did if you're hoping to have it done in time for the holidays. (We were lucky because they get very busy in the late fall. )

I would give these guys 10 stars if possible. Hands down, the BEST fireplace company around. I purchased a unit from 'the other' fireplace store and scheduled them to install. They sub contracted it out and were TERRIBLE. I visited Hearth and Home and they came to my house and corrected all the problems this other store had created FREE OF CHARGE. They also reset the unit, built my surround entirely our of stone and id a fantastic job. Their employees are true perfectionists and could not have been nicer people. Its rare in this day and age to have a business with such nice people. I bought the entire office breakfast as I was so pleased with the work they did. Even had a clogged gas vent almost a year later and they cam and blew it out for me FOR FREE. These people are A+++++. I would recommend this place to ANYONE and would be happy to speak to anyone debating who to hire.

Very professional service!. Knowledge on every aspect ensuring the customer fully understand the vast products range they offer and the best product for the customers home taking into consideration the customers home, fireplace location, room ambiance etc by visiting your home. Advice; don't wait to the last minute as they are very busy, but worth working with.

I am waiting for the installation of my gas fireplace, which is scheduled for next week. I found the people at Hearth & Home to be knowledgeable, courteous and helpful in making my decision.
