I had been wanting to purchase a wood stove for several years as a supplemental heat source and in case of an electrical outage emergency. I chose Hearths-A-Fire as a vendor and began to explore their products & services. I received prompt and professional treatment throughout the process and was rather impressed with the availability of choices, the expertise, and the install itself. They sent out a technician who scoped out the project, and brilliantly (I thought) used an iphone (with the flashlight and camera function operating) to inspect and determine if my chimney was still viable (it wasn't). They ordered the stove and installed it on time and with no mess whatsoever. I expected my home would have sustained a few scars but it was as if they hadn't even been there and the stove just magically appeared in the chosen spot.
