"Servicing the Builder and Homeowner beyond the installation..." is what they state on their website. However, don't try to get them out after the installation. We have left multiple messages, text and phone with no response. Service is much quicker when you are purchasing a top of the line fireplace but I guess now that the money for that is spent, no longer a need to service it. Super disappointed.
