I recently purchased a propane stove from Doug. My first purchase was a wood burning stove . Both times I received incredible service. Doug’s expertise and his phenomenal showroom helped me decide what device would suit my needs. His sales people and his service people are all top drawer! I’m a retired firefighter and I have seen what happens if you have your unit installed by unprofessional trades people !!! Very scary and very costly damage! Doig’s guys are very professional.

My husband and I purchased a fireplace from Kastle Fireplace 1 year ago for our main floor. We were so pleased with the service from start to finish that we contacted them again this year for a second fireplace on our second floor. Doug is very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. It was also a pleasure to do deal with Toni and Sophia who were very accommodating. The technicians who showed up were professional, friendly and efficient. Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Amazing and friendly service! From the start, the salesperson, Toni, in the showroom was helpful knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. When we returned the second time (on a Saturday) to choose our Valor gas insert, we were informed it was in stock. We had Doug cone out to inspect on Monday, and due to a last minute cancellation, our fireplace was installed on Tuesday! The installers were very friendly and efficient. The insert was installed in about 4 hours (we were told it would be 4-6). It was a very pleasant experience and we are extremely impressed with both the product and service. Thank you Kastle!

Doug installs fireplaces in many of the houses I design including my own recently. Prompt , courteous, careful and service oriented
