We Spoke with James, he was very professional and very informative without being pushy. It was a very comfortable atmosphere, with a beautiful showroom. We are leaning toward Mendota, are very confident to deal with James and we will be going back to confirm our purchase once we make our final decision.

Met with Jim to discuss various options for an electric fireplace utilizing logs. We ordered a Windham model and are awaiting delivery. Jim was extremely helpful and very professional. I will review again once we take delivery in a few weeks.

Extremely helpful sales answering all our questions without pressure. Ability and knowledge to assist with any aspect of the job. We "shopped around" but loved our experience with Main Street. We worked with Paul to choose a gas insert model stove that works best for our home along with adding masonry work to modify our already existing hearth.

We visited Main Street Stove & Fireplace to inquire about a gas insert for our house (we had a problematic fireplace that was not usable). We got a complete lesson on ALL options that were available to us including one we knew nothing about - a wood burning insert (by Quadra-Fire). This was EXACTLY what we were looking for - we just did not know it when we walked in the store - we get to burn wood and now add efficiency/heat and it looks amazing. They were able to keep within our budget, they were very thorough explaining everything we needed to know about the system as well. The installers were careful and did a perfect job. The turn-around was unbelievable as well, from our first visit to the store to the first fire being lit was under 3 weeks (closer to 2 weeks). We are using the fireplace every day and could not be happier with our overall experience. Very professional company that will do everything they say. A++ Rated if you ask me.

We just had our new Grand Voyager fireplace insert installed and couldn't be happier. From start to finish, from the professional guidance and knowledge of Jim and Charles in the showroom with the selection and ordering, and then to the expert installation by Tim and his crew, each step of the process went smoothly and in a timely fashion. The finished project greatly enhances our den and is a thing of beauty! My husband and myself proudly show it off and recommend your company without hesitation! We can't wait to start the first fire!

We have an old house with a fireplace. Over the years it burned wood, coal burning, and propane. We switched from oil to gas for heating so we decided to go with natural gas in the fireplace as well. We had shopped two other fireplace businesses but didn't find what we wanted. Paul walked us through the many options for the log set and the doors...and there are many. He was extremely knowledgable and professional and responded quickly to a question I sent on e-mail.

I found Charlie most helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me his full attention in presenting all the possibilities and their differences for a stove to meet my needs. I received a quick response to a follow-up e-mail requesting further information.
