Maple Mountain Fireplaces

I recently purchased a gas free standing fireplace to replace my wood burning one. From my first phone call to the completed installation, my experience with Maple Mountain could not have been better! They kept me informed as to the timing of installation, showed up when they were supposed to, and really tidy so I had no soot anywhere from the old wood burning stove. I needed an extension on my gas line and Brandon and Remmie got the job done quickly, were really nice, and took the time to perform a service call and cleaning on my existing gas fireplace insert. The new installation was performed by Ervin and Devon. There were a lot of extra things they did for me, such as painting the flexible yellow gas line black so that it matched the fireplace. I am totally 100% satisfied and I would encourage everyone to do business with this company.

I bought fireplace a year ago still not hooked up! What they told me and they sent were to 2 different things. They stated it comes with a remote. I did not get a wall unit or remote to turn it on. They promised me they would come out and make it right.....NOPE! as of Friday the could not find my house. I would never refer them and the owner was so rude. Matt stated it was to far to go but they accepted the job. I paid $2299.00 on 11-18-2017. I have built 2 other houses and they never had to have hire someone else finish the project. "Wow" horrible service!!!!!!!!!

I love my Gas Fireplace the Maple Mountain Fireplace put in my home this year. Now the weather is turning colder. My fireplace heats my whole house and I love it. Thank you Mapleton Mountain Fireplace for my New fireplace. I will stay nice and comfortable this winter and for years to come.

I needed my gas fireplace cleaned and inspected and Dan did a great job. He did his safety inspection, cleaned the glass, and did touch-up paint for the fireplace and grills all within an hour and 15 minutes. He also left the area clean which I appreciate! Thank you! My fireplace looks great again.

I had a great experience with Maple Mtn Fireplace. Ask for Tracee, She is amazing., very helpful and knowledgeable. She'll go the extra mile in assisting you and making sure you feel welcomed and valued. That special feeling that is often lost going to other places that underestimate true customer service. I'm also in customer service/sales and I always appreciate finding a place that knows how to make the client feel extra special. A lot of places often miss the mark or are too busy to care. Matt came to my home and measured, was on time and very friendly. The installation process also went very well. Everything finished in the time frame as they had described. Installers were nice and friendly and didn't mind my million questions I had during the process. When I'm ready for another fireplace, it will be very simple, I'll be returning back to Maple Mtn. I went to several places up and down the Wasatch Front and none had the same feeling that you got when go to their store.

The new owners of Maple MTN Fireplaces are AWESOME. They came and fixed the few problems I had with the original installation of my wood stove even though it wasn't even their work! They were friendly, fair, and very punctual! I would definitely give them my business again!

These guys are great to work with! They went above and beyond to help us with our custom fireplace! Their customer service was fantastic and they were fully prepared to give us a great alternative when we realized WE had messed up on the space for our fireplace. They even had all the things we needed in stock! They are very professional and were very fast to install our fireplace. I will be hiring them again!

The owners helped us find the best style of insert to match our very old home, they have a style to fit every type of home. Matt was incredibly patient when it came to installing it into our quirky chimney setup. We absolutely love our new fireplace and can't wait to use it this winter. We also love checking out all of the new types of firepits and outdoor fireplaces they have there for planning our next project.

I love my fireplace! Matt helped me plan out the location in an unfinished basement and choose a model that would fit the space, and our needs for both heat and ambiance. They came and framed it, and installed it in 1 day. Tracy was so helpful with the finance side of things and very professional.
