We highly recommend Matt Hunter Chimney Service!! His work is impeccable and he was very meticulous when cleaning up after the work was completed. We get compliments on our new fireplace all the time AND we now have a WORKING fireplace. I'm sorry I don't have a downloaded photo of it that I can share.

Matt renovated our 20 year old fireplace. He helped with design work and material selection. Outstanding workmanship! Highly recommend! The work was done so well, so quickly and within budget that I would recommend Matt again and again.

Matt was fantastic!! He has done two fireplaces for us. He converted our wood burning fireplace to gas with new stone. We lived that one so much that when we moved, he was one of the first people that we had come in to change the existing fireplace. This one was a tile removal and wood work replacement with stone and a rebuilt wood surround. He is professional, honest, and great to work with. Highly recommend!!!!

Matt Hunter is a consummate professional. He was very helpful in planning and patient as we finalized our design ideas. He was courteous and professional throughout the project. I highly recommend Matt Hunter. His price was more than fair and work was outstanding! We were finishing our basement and decided to add a gas fireplace. Matt came highly recommended and I was glad we decided to hire his company. We liked his work so much we asked him to do the stone on our bar. Again a fair price and great work. Matt has done an excellent job of installing a custom, stone fireplace surround for my home. He is meticulous and planned exactly how he wanted the stones placed in order to achieve a high quality and visually appealing finished product. He also consulted with me on the size and type of barn beam for the mantle. The end result was fantastic! I highly recommend Matt for his attention to detail and quality workmanship.

I have been dealing with Matt Hunter for now 11 years. He installed my first insert and maintained it ever since. Now after my addition he installed another wood burning EPA rated fireplace and did the finished the stone work. Always a great job and no issues. Unlike other fireplace shops I been to he makes you feel like family and not a person.

Great experience all around! Matt and his assistant John were great professionals. Matt went above and beyond on our home fireplace from scratch. He would start at 9 am and some nights work till 9-11 pm, without a break. Very hard working and meticulous when it came to building our stone gas fireplace.I will and have recommended him to everyone I talk to and have nothing but great things to say about our experience!
