HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company. I ordered custom made fireplace doors from them, for which I paid in full, at the time of order. When they arrived, they were installed off center. I called them immediately , and was told by Coleen, that I had to deal with that or have smoke in my house. Really? Those are my choices with custom built fireplace doors ?!!! Apparently, the installers run this company ! My second call got the same run around. When my husband called, Coleen told him that our problem ' wasn't exactly earth shattering' and that when they are in the area, they will look at it. That was over a month ago. Not one call from Brad, the owner. They obviously DO NOT CARE ! I really liked this company at first . Boy was I wrong !
