I purchase my Milgard windows from Charles Finney at Nix. They always do a great job with our orders and with the customer service. Randy McKittrick

Do not use this company! They make you want to scream! Waited five months for a custom window that could not be used bc the frame was broken but they still charged me!

This was the most unbelievable, frustrating company I have ever dealt with. After spending over 10k with them the owner refused to ever speak to me to solve any issues. They missed a bldg code for the fireplace venting which was clearly on my plan then without asking decided to vent it on the front of my house next to my front door. (Ugly metal pipe) they acknowledged their mistake and said they would pay for the damage. Then with no forewarning charged me a ridiculous amount extra for the piping . When I confronted the owner she emailed me an increased bill( the salesman earlier sent one for half the cost) where she now DOUBLED the cost of the pipe and then subtracted what she would pay for the roof repair. (less than it cost to repair). Unbelievable and have both emails to prove it! When I had a problem with it creating soot and flashing back, the manufacturer advised that it be looked at. She refused to stand behind her work in any way even though it had been just installed. Had to pay another company to come out! Also bought French front doors that they convinced me to pay an extra $200 to install even though my builder would do it. They said it would need to be adjusted later which would be included. Sure enough a few months later there was a huge gap and they rattled. They refused to come out. Worst of all in the middle of all of this they threatened to file a lien affidavit on my house if I did not pay them in full immediately even though they hadn't finished or addressed my concerns. I was forced to pay to close on my home. And yes, they would not follow through even after they had all the money. I have all the emails and documentation to prove it. Ridiculous and uncalled for !
