I absolutely loved working with Stone Selex from the start. Karen got back to me right away and was friendly and professional. She also worked to keep the work that we wanted done in my budget! The selection at stone Selex was incredible! I chose a grey brick and Greg, the installer, did a fantastic job on my accent wall. His work was precise, and beautiful. He was reliable, friendly and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend this company to everyone!

work was good but they forget to make hole and put holder for outside lamp which keep the work incomplete. did multiple follow-ups but after complete amount was paid "No response". So please make sure all things are done before you pay full amount.

Lucas came and assessed what I wanted to do, gave me few suggestions on whats doable, then sent me a price quotation. I went quite for couple of weeks as i was discussing things with the wife, then emailed and called him, as I was thinking of change to the scope of work and wanted his input to go ahead, but no reply! I went to the shop asking for him, he was at a job site, the secretary called his assistant which couldn't locate my email or quotation. I was ready to go ahead with my project had I seen or talked to him again. Lucas … If you are so busy and careless about extra work, then you should know better its not only you out there.

The contractors finished the project in just 1 day. They were so professional and on time. they did clean up after they completed our fireplace. Price is reasonable and our fireplace looks great. Surely it's a focal point in our family room.

Stone Selex has a great line of products that I recommend for residential fireplace renovations. I love that their product line offers a variety of colours, styles and thicknesses. I love that the product is made locally, and sustainably. Best of all the products are cost effective and beautiful.

We just had our solarium done by Stone Selex. Prior to having the stone work done our solarium was covered with stained tongue and groove pine. Even though it was painted every year, the wood started to rot. Our solarium is now maintenance free and we feel the stone work has added value to our home. We are very happy with the finished product. The workers were very professional and left the property very clean at the end of each work day.

I used Stone Selex product to refinish an old red brick fireplace. Laying each individual stone took a long time, however it was well worth the work involved. The fireplace is now the focal point of the room.

We met the folks at Stone Selex at the Home Show in Toronto. We weren't aware of their product but they took time to explain how it worked and what our options were. We initially liked one of the products we had seen but once we visited their showroom there were so many other options that we ended up choosing a different product. Definitely make a visit to the showroom to see the product up close and they can provide samples to take home. The workmanship was excellent and we are very pleased with the outcome. Great value for the work too!

Basement (walk-out) Fireplace - Brick Veneer Surround with gas fire box inserted. House in London ON. Contacted Stone Selex and they mailed me a Catalog - was fast and very quick. Called "installation" Dept & was given Lucas. He & his Assistant were a breeze to deal with. Selected my REAL STONE (Natural ledge Series - Rustic) is what we ended up with - after couple of emails back & forth. Lucas delivered a QUOTE and SCHEDULED the work to be done. This was especially great as we have had lots of 'part-time tile-trades people' come to look at the job AND NON would give reference's of past jobs done! ##redflag## The crew turned on up the scheduled date (shocked that actually drive from Toronto with all the gear & stuff) ##happy customer## They laid down enough protection for the new hardwood floors -went about doing their work. Jobs done and place was left clean and they even took their 'trash' !! (still have the original tillers trash where he keeps promising to come take it - nearly 12 mths now!) Thanks Lucas and his team. Much appreciated for the excellent work - fireplace looks amazing! - Have been very comfortable to tell lots of visitors that asked - "Stone Selex is the place to go"

We requested a quote last week and within a week had a visit at home from Lucas, had a quote, and by the week end had our fireplace completely renovated. It looks amazing, we love it and we could not have been happier with the entire process.
