Two state-of-the-art design centers (the largest in the area), with over 70 operating units on display in each showroom, offer our customers a wide range of products and services to fit every need. We just bought a condo in the Dells with two fireplaces. They had never been cleaned. Patrick came out and spent quite a bit of time cleaning and inspecting both of them. He was very thorough, making sure that everything worked properly. He also explained the workings of the fireplace and how to check if there were any problems. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his knowledge of the fireplace components. We will be calling Top Hat next year to have both fireplaces serviced and cleaned. I am hoping Patrick will be available to come back and work on them again! Thanks you so much for the service that was provided and for your great employee!
