Walnut Creek Fireplace really worked with us to get the right fireplace and have it installed before Christmas. Installation was straightforward by a capable crew, and after the summer, we had an issue with the pilot light that I couldn't describe over the phone so a home visit was scheduled. I was so impressed! They stand behind their beautiful products, we are very pleased, indeed.

Great Professional Work once they get started! Getting them onboard was a little challenging though because of their prior commitments.

Damon is a very knowledgeable, responsive contractor. His sub-contractors are excellent craftsmen (the guy who built the mantle is amazing) Damon does a great job of moving these talented crafts like chess pieces. Don’t be in a hurry. The job will get done and it will get done right.

I bought two fireplace inserts to upgrade our old fireplaces. Supply chain issues during the pandemic caused significant delays, but the staff and owner was extremely professional in getting them to us as soon as they could. I know this was not easy but I did appreciate the effort made. All work was done beautifully and we are very pleased with the product, which is so much more efficient than real wood fire, but just as attractive.

Our experience with Walnut Creek Fireplace was relatively easy and painless. They delivered as promised and had all the tradesmen lined up to not only install our new gas fireplace but also a fireplace surround of large porcelain marble tiles. The fireplace and surround looked great when it was finished and we were thrilled with the outcome. My one complaint was that the tile setters did not consider aesthetics with regard to pattern when laying the tile. Since the tile was porcelain, not natural marble, there were definite repeats in the bold veining of the tiles. It seemed like there were maybe 5 or 6 different veining "patterns" which doesn't give you a lot of options for variation when laying them. Unfortunately, the tile setters started putting up the tiles without consideration to where the patterns where going, in some cases stacking 3 identical tiles (with the same veining pattern) one over the other or side by side. When we told them we did not like identical tiles stacked next to each other and asked that they move some of the tiles to break up the pattern repeat they did so without complaint. We were fortunate that we were home to catch the problem before they completed the job. Otherwise, the project went smoothly and we're very pleased overall.

Great company. Very friendly staff. Worked with us on our project so that we could build the surround and mantle ourselves to save on cost. Beautiful fireplace. Heats very well. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the metal casing has some chips in the paint after the final hook up.

The owner, Damon came to my home and gave me a quote. I went to the showroom and with their help picked the best fireplace for my space. The fireplace is exactly what I was told it would be. I told him what look we wanted and what we were trying to achieve. He knocked it out of the park. We were able to enjoy our new fireplace over Christmas. Quality products, excellent service, clean and flawless installation. Crews very tidy during and after installing. Took my wife and I about a year to research, shop for best product and price for our project, and Walnut Creek Fireplace was extremely patient with us during all phases of our buying process.
