Wammoth Services is top notch and completed the service well within an hour. The gas fireplace had not received service in several years. The service technician Adam, thoroughly inspected the lines, connections, and components to ensure they operated safely and correctly. The fireplace was then cleaned and looked as it did 20 years ago. The professionalism and excellent service definitely makes Wammoth Services the company to service gas fireplaces!

We have used Wammoth Services for several years now and always had a wonderful experience. I have personally had dealings with Bill, Stacy and Ryan, each one of this is professional, honest, dependable and most of all they appreciate their customers. I had a moment recently where I thought I was going to be disappointed in a "warranty" issue but was I ever wrong. After misunderstanding and email from Stacy she followed up with a phone call to clarify their policy and make sure that I knew exactly what she meant. Bill was here within a few days and was early, respectful, efficient and very professional. The faulty part was replaced and our fireplace is fully operational and our faith in small business restored. We will continue to use Wammoth and only Wammoth for all our fireplace needs. Wammoth saved me thousands of dollars. Instead of having to buy a new gas fireplace due to a carbon monoxide problem, as three different places told me I would have to do, Ryan from Wammoth thoroughly cleaned the fireplace and re-set the logs, and the CO problem was gone! I had difficulty finding a firm which would repair my deep red, Vermont Castings fireplace. Everyone I contacted wanted to replace it at a cost of five to six thousand dollars. It seemed silly and worse the the "guts" of the fireplace could not be fixed or replaced allowing me to keep the beautiful cast iron outer shell. A friend found Wammoth Services for me and I am so glad he did. Setting up an appointment was easy. Ryan came on time and was meticulous in keeping the dirt contained within the work area. He took the fireplace apart and put it back together again. When he was not sure about a certain step, he called his "home base" and had a "consultation". I am always impressed when someone is not sure of something and asks someone who should know the answer. There are many brands of fireplaces out there and it is foolish to expect a repair-person to know them all. Plus, Vermont Castings is no longer making the model I have. Ryan also told us that we should have the chimney checked, especially since the cap at the top was tilted and that might also inhibit a proper draft through the flue. He recommended a firm that came out was was every bit as professional as he was. My wife and I are extremely pleased that we got to keep the fireplace we love - and not spending thousands of dollars on something we didn't need is also a good thing. Now I know that I was supposed to have the fireplace cleaned annually [it hadn't been in 20 years] and I am calling Wammoth to do that task. You should call them too for any fireplace need. I really don't think you'll be disappointed.
