READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY FROM WOODSTOVE FIREPLACE & PATIO SHOP! I would have given them 0 star but there in no option. Very Arrogant, unethical and unprofessional Owner and Salesman No response No courtesy I paid in full in August and after that they started treating us badly. Oct 2nd was installation date. It's Oct 26th and it's still not installed. I tried to reach out to the owner and the salesman multiple times, but they didn't even bother to respond to me once. Only time they responded to me when I asked to cancel the order. They do not show up on time and keep you hanging for days. They were supposed to come at 5:30pm to fix the issue and didn't show up until 6:15pm and didn't even bother to call and inform us that they would be late. The salesman comes to my house and when I asked why were you late and you should have called us and let us know, his response was, "You are not the only customer. You got only one thing to do. We have many customer." They will give you attention until you make the full payment. Once you made the payment they don't pick up calls, don't respond to your emails and voicemails.

I had a Pellet Stove installed a year and a half ago by Woodstove & Fireplace Shop and I have been satisfied with the installation and with the service provided by them.

Barry and his team walked me through the entire process of running a pellet stove, cleaning it and maintaining it . They were very professional and returned my calls when I had questions . They're pricing was right on and they provided a discount on pellets if you buy a stove through them.

This is a great place to get professional advice on top line wood stoves. We purchased a really nice soap-stone model and for the year that we have been using it, it's excellent. Installation was quick and professional, including a completely new chimney and stone pad. They also helped with the building permit and inspection afterwards. We have been doing business with them for many years.
