“Bowden's is a great place to come and get your fireplace needs. They helped us with options for our stone fireplace where another fireplace company wanted to go directly into the stone & destroy the ambiance of the room. The installers were polite & knowledgeable but as a customer (for anything) always be knowledgeable yourself and make sure that your standards are meet. They had to come back to put insulation they forgot to put in & caulk the top of the chimney to keep it extra sturdy. Bowden's was flexible, on-point with their scheduling, amazingly priced with added discounts, Knowledgeable and they answer any question when you call like you are a member of their family, even if its been a couple months since installation. If there is not someone there to answer a specific question right away , they always call back the next day. And I must say the Icing on the Cake for 5 stars was letting us know that our Wood stove was available for a tax break this year because it helps with energy efficiency. How Awesome is that!”
