“We have been in our home for just over 1 year and the fireplace stopped working. I called Fireclass and was told we were just outside our warranty, but she would send someone out, no charge. The gentleman was late for his appointment (his other job ran longer than he thought) and he called to let me know and asked if he could still come out, did this still work for me. It did. He came out, put covers over his shoes, laid something over the floor to protect my carpet and started to diagnose the problem. The switch the electrician had put in was bad. He changed it and all is well. I appreciated his customer service and the willingness of the company to send someone out without charge. I will use them for any future needs.”

“The urban simplistic feel of this product really caught my eye. We chose the wall panels in charcoal to frame in our wood fireplace right to the ceiling. They added the edge and elegance we needed for our Great Room. I must say right from the beginning Dekko was stellar with their customer service.
