“South Shore Fireplace is by far the most professional and trustworthy Chimney / Stove service company I have ever delt with. They were Prompt, neat, kept schedule on time, and very courteous. The Foreman on the job introduced himself when he arrived, shook my hand and has the southern manners of "yes mam" when speaking to me. They listened, answered ALL my questions, and made me feel "safe" regarding how the job was to be done. The Owner of the company was on site to review the plan after the consultation and analyzing He was also at my home at the end of the job. They took photos of the chimney before and after and took the time to sit down and show them to me and explain the problem and solution. The office staff was easy to reach, easy to talk to and understanding of my concerns regarding the issues I was having that needed repair. I even received a call back after hours with an answer to one of my questions. I could not be Happier with the results of our TWO major projects. When dealing with an area of your home like a stove or a chimney, repair/sweep, SAFETY is of the utmost of concern. Scott and the team at South Shore Fireplace treat you like their own family when considering your safety with the work to be done.
