“Connie worked with us step by step from beginning to end to find just the right fireplace for our needs. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about all products they carry. We were very pleased with the selection and found just the right one. Through absolutely no fault of Gas Appliances, the transformation from wood-burning to gas turned into an ordeal. When the company who was building our four-season sunroom removed the existing chimney, it created a host of problems. Connie went above and beyond as she searched high and low for a different direct-vent gas fireplace that could be installed in the space left without a chimney. She finally found ONE fireplace that would work. This type of gas fireplace is so new that Gas Appliances had never sold or installed one before. Connie got representatives from the manufacturer to come oversee the installation so there would be no problems. It went in quickly and smoothly. The technicians were professional, friendly and speedy. The quality of the fireplace is excellent. The quality of care and service we received from this company was even better!
