“My wife, Elaine and I want to thank you for the excellent sales and customer service and price that you gave us when purchasing our Fireplace Xtrordinair Gas Fireplace insert with Metropolitan Face Design and Ember-Fyre Log Set. It looks great and works very efficiently. However, we will feel the full impact of it when the heating season starts again and we turn on the gas fireplace insert to generate some warmth and heat. In additional, Elaine and I want to thank you for coming to our home and measuring the fireplace opening to make sure the gas fireplace insert would fit in correctly. John Templeton, the plumbing contractor, did an excellent job installing the gas fireplace insert. In addition, he coordinated very well the installation of the chimney linings by Steve Briquette. Steve did an excellent job as well. Also, John Templeton coordinated very well the inspection by the Chelmsford Town Plumbing inspector of the piping for the gas fireplace insert. John was a pleasure to deal with and he provided excellent customer service to us by explaining the whole installation process and giving Elaine and I a demonstration at the end of how the gas fireplace insert. Elaine and I would not hesitate to recommend Chelmsford Fireplace Center and you in particular to our friends, relatives and neighbors if they wanted to purchase a gas fireplace insert.
