“My wife and I had Peak Impovements renovate our home and make some structural changes to our garage. They we fantastic!! When we came home from work every day the house was cleaned up as best as possible so we could continue living in the home. Workers were clean and well mannered at all times. Excellent communication from them to keep us informed of what was going on at all times. Most importantly, they started the job and did not stop until it was fully completed! “We first hired AmSteam to do a renovation on our main floor bathroom. The results were spectacular. We were so happy with the bathroom renovations, that we hired them immediately for the rest of the main floor renovations, including the kitchen. Both the bathroom and the kitchen were complete gut jobs. AmSteam came in on time and on budget. Their work was outstanding and they displaced exceptional pride in their quality of work. All of the workers were polite, accommodating and professional. They clean up after each work day and they arrived at the worksite on time each day. We are very pleased with this company. THere are two other smaller jobs which we will again hire them for sometime next year. You cannot go wrong hiring this company. “We hired Goodfella's twice over two years. The first time to replace the roof and redo the siding on one side of our 100 year old house and build new front steps. Both subcontractors involved were excellent. The second time we did some interior work involving painting and some exterior work involving painting and landscaping. Both times the work was done on schedule.”

“Our front bay windows were quite "dated" and need to be replaced. After multiple quotes, Integrity Construction Solutions had a more than fair price and were able to complete the job within our time constraints. The windows were installed by our agreed upon date and I was impressed with the quality of workmanship. A few days later, The main contractor came back to ensure the product was installed correctly. I would highly suggest Integrity Construction Solutions.”

“We hired Dan Surmon from iRemodel in 2013 to do a rather extensive renovation of a 1953 bungalow and we were extremely pleased with his work. We were impressed with Dan's ability to communicate design ideas and, in particular, his ability to to give us a choice of design options ranging in cost. Additionally, during the renovation process, Dan would give us advance notice on upcoming renovation decisions that we would have to make. We found this very helpful, as it made the project less overwhelming, Dan arrived each morning on time and was on site every day throughout the renovation. When he ran into unexpected problems, he met these challenges head on and with enthusiasm. He holds high personal standards and cares greatly about the quality of his work. He doesn't take shortcuts and our project was completed in a timely manner. He is very easy to work with and is a very honest person. In fact, three years after he completed the renovation, we asked him to build us a new fence and, again, he did a wonderful job. We would hire iRemodel again without reservation. We cannot recommend iRemodel and Dan Surmon more highly.”

“Kudos to all at JRG Contracting in St. Albert. This review is long overdue. Last year, summer 2021, my old deck was on the verge of collapsing. Actually Jack came to inspect it in the fall of 2020 to see if it would safely make it through the winter as the main support beam had rotted. Long story short, it would hold out until the crew could get to it the next season. It was a bug, dirty job tearing down the old one right to ground level. Everything was rotted and had to go. It should be noted this deck is approximately 5 feet high and is the only source of access to the back door and with 2 large dogs, a necessity. In one day the entire structure was removed and hauled away. The fellows came back and in another day, completed the supports, deck floor and stairs leading to yard. The rest of the work was completed in a timely manner, weather permitting. The entire team were just such nice fellows. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Thanks again!”
