“Purchased a fire place for on Black Friday and the price was more affordable for the fire place than competing websites. We saved $100! Due to the holiday business, it was slightly difficult to reach the company at first, but they were prompt responding through social media. The fire place was shipped and delivered within 1 week of placing the order. Set up was forward and easy. After set up, we love our new fire place and hope it lasts us many years to come. The fire place itself has several features that are controlled via remote control. Overall, a great buy from a prompt company, that I do surely recommend.”
