Their workmanship, dependability and honesty was 100% and I would have absolutely no problem recommending them to another potential customer. Although we didn't have a hard budget number for them to work within, they did two fireplaces for 40% less than the unscrupulous, previous, contractor...whom I did not hire but inherited. The sales and installation people were very attentive.”

    “The Fornetto outdoor wood burning oven was a great idea. Not only is it simple and economical to use, but the quality of food, that is the end result, will have your mouth watering. The pizzas cook through and the crust is to die for, the flavor can not be beat. I am excited to try the great recipes suggested by our sales person, and to use the flavored wood chip option on the oven and grill some meats/fish/veggies. I can even bake deserts, a nice warm cobbler sounds good. This was the perfect addition to our patio set. The memories and fun it has created for my family can not be beat. Thank you NYC Fireplaces for your excellent customer service and high quality items. Your establishment was highly recommended.”

    “I was extremely satisfied with the work done in the fireplace. Worker was masked, took off shoes when entered and explained the price for the fan and how it would operate. He cleaned all items in fireplace, vacuumed the screens and cleaned the windows and put the logs back correctly. He was very careful spreading his tools and equipment on a protected cover he had brought. I rate the visit a five star.”
