“All of my experience with Salters has been exceptionally good. In Nov., 2012 I ordered a propane gas fireplace insert for my home. First person who came to my home to confirm the measurements, recommended a custom frame (at a very modest increase in cost) so that less of the marble on my fireplace would be hidden. Second, the store rearranged their installation schedule so that my insert was installed the day before my early December holiday party. The insert looked great!! Lastly, when a manufacturing defect was discovered with the model which I had purchased, the Salter service team tried to arrive in a timely manner to get my insert working again, worked with the manufacturer to diagnose and fix the problem, and went out of their way to keep me appraised of the progress. I would definitely recommend Salters to everyone.”
