We had A Step Above Flooring refinish hardwood floors throughout our home. When they were finished there were spots that were not completely covered with Polyurethane. They came back out and put more poly on those spots, but the finish has not held up. The finish was never put on thick enough. I waited some time to see how it looked like they asked us to. I contacted them and they ask me to send them pictures and have never heard back from them after sending pictures. I will probably have to call someone else to refinish the floors again. We also found out that the water based poly is terrible. It stains and discolors if you place furniture or rugs on it. Get the oil based it lasts much longer. The first oil based finish lasted almost 20 years. Poly based looks terrible after one year. Very disappointed with their work.

I had carpet replaced in my entire house. The entire process was a great experience from the estimate, to the timely scheduling and the installation. Everything was top notch. I love the carpet. They also were very accommodating in moving my furniture as I could not do it myself. Left the place clean when they were done.

A Step Above once again exceeded our expectations! Our new office was opening and we had a tight time-table for the remodel and A Step Above stepped up to the challenge. Not only did they do a beautiful job installing carpet and laying tile in the baths, but artfully worked around the other trades (electricians, plumbers, drywallers, painters, etc) to met our deadline. We have no reservations recommending A Step Above for any job...big or small, residential or commercial...they are simply the best!

I contacted a Step Above Flooring & Installation to give me an estimate on new flooring for my whole house. Martie came out and spent about an hour measuring my whole house and once i decided on my carpet, hardwood and tile, he sent me an in depth proposal for each room. So i could pick and choose the rooms i wanted down. The pricing was very reasonable and we decieded to do the whole house. From the Carpet install, tile install and hardwood install everything was handled in a professional manor. My husband and I are very pleased and would highly recommend A Step Above Flooring to anyone.

I have had ASAF re do the entire house with new carpet. They were very professional, clean careful around the walls and baseboards and the installation was perfect!. The price was great as we shopped around and did our homework. I would have them back if I ever need anything else for flooring.
