We had two separate projects completed by Alia’s, both to the highest quality. After a flood in our basement, Arman came and gave great advice on replacing all of the carpeting, and we are so happy with the way it came out. Even the basement steps were re-carpeted, and all looks great. Today we had our second floor hall carpet replaced with a new hardwood floor. Again, Jorge and crew did an outstanding job, and we are so happy with the way everything looks. Arman was so easy to work with, and the crews were great as well. Highest recommendation!

I had a smooth experience working with Alia's Flooring. I hired them to replace the one sink vanity in my kids' bathroom with a two-sink vanity and repaint the bathroom. Not only were they the least expensive estimate, they were also the most thoroughly detailed. They explained every expense so I understood where the money was going. They completed the work on time and removed all trace of dust and debris after they were done. I really could not have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend them and will book them again for a large flooring project.

Alia's contracted to repair peeling and cracked ceilings in our 50 year old home. The ceilings had defied previous attempts to repaint. The work was meticulous with scraping, priming, sanding, and repainting 2 bedrooms and a cathedral ceiling. So far,looks great and cleanup was easy.

We had our kitchen, powder bath, and an upstairs bathroom remodeled by Alia’s and I can’t say enough good things . The crew showed up on time everyday and worked a full day and the actual renovation was done in about 2 weeks. Great quality of work at a very reasonable price.

This past winter a pipe burst while we were away on vacation. The water from the pipe caused our hardwood floors to warp and our basement ceiling to have water stains. Arman and his crew did an amazing job walking us through the insurance process, getting the correct flooring, and fixing previous design mistakes made from another contractor. He also negotiated and won against an insurance adjuster that did not want to yield on the flooring price. The whole way through he was fair, honest, communicative, and did an amazing job. I can't say enough good things about them - highly recommend to anyone considering these guys!!

A sudden leak left our basement in potential peril but Alias got someone out within an hour of my call - helped me find the cause of the leak and both fixed my problem and helped with the dry wall replacement and fixes all within 2 days of my problem. What could've been a disaster in my basement with major damage was saved by the folks at Alias for a much smaller issue. I will most certainly be reaching out again if I have issues in the future!

Alia's was recommended to us by another company. We had a water leak in an upstairs bathroom and needed drywall replaced in an awkward spot in the ceiling below. Arman came out for an estimate and wrote it up. We paid the deposit for work to begin the following Monday. On Monday, the crew was estimated to arrive between 8 and 9. They actually arrived before 8, but did not ring the doorbell until 8. I was impressed by the care that they took in using tarps and plastic to keep the work area clean. In the end, the project was finished earlier than anticipated and for less than the estimate! Anyone who meets expectations in less time and under budget deserves your business. The area was left as clean as it was before the work began. I would highly recommend Alia's to anyone.

We had 2 of our bedrooms redone with wood floors. Everything was excellent from top to bottom. Super fast communication, really clear on pricing, and the install was incredibly efficient and looks beautiful. Thrilled with how it turned out.

Alia's did great work in repairing our basement after water damage, including installing new drywall, paint and flooring. They were helpful in helping us understand the insurance process, as we had insurance to work with on this as well. They completed work ahead of schedule and were very clean and reliable. Arman and his crew painted and installed hardwood floors to two levels of the home we recently purchased. The home had a lot of wallpaper, old carpeting and old, dark hardwood floors that made the whole house feel dark and outdated. The new paint and floors really freshened things up and made the house much brighter. The paint crew was meticulous in their work – they did a lot of prep work to ensure the ceilings and walls were nice and smooth before they started, and we were very impressed with the quality of their work. For the hardwood floors, we knew we wanted pre-finished oak planks, but we hadn’t decided about the stain. Arman convinced us to go with the natural as dings would be less noticeable and we are very happy with our choice. The flooring crew worked very efficiently and removed the old carpet and hardwood and installed the new hardwood in only 2 days. The new floors look beautiful and do not creak or squeak like the old ones. This was a big job, but Arman managed to pull it off before our move-in date! Arman was also great at communicating throughout the project which was a huge plus! I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again on future projects and will be recommending him to friends and family.

Contractors at Alia's have been excellent in our remodel. They provided us with detailed updates on the project even through we were managing this remotely. They mostly worked on our bathroom to replace the bath with a shower and update the tile. In the bedroom they replaced our carpet. Overall, they updated our electrical and paint. After the job was complete, they came by 3 times to help fine-tune the electrical outlets.

Word of mouth is very important these days and I do my best to work my network before aimlessly Googling. Alia’s Flooring and Remodeling came recommended to me by the water mitigation company we used, saying that they have worked together for years. I will now refer my friends and family to Alia’s because of their solid work, excellent communication and assistance in the claims process with our insurance company. We ended up receiving a higher settlement due to the attention to detail and thorough inspection that Alia’s initiated – brining the results to the insurance company which revised the settlement amount. The work was completed quickly, on time and by professionals who were very friendly and nice to interact with. While the job that led us to work with Alia’s was unplanned I will definitely reach out to them for any future work that we might have. I highly recommend for your flooring and interior needs!

We had our loft redone with LVP and it looks great. The job was done quickly and we’ll once the materials, which were on back order for 3 months arrived. No complaints!

Great communication--all problems/questions were relayed to me in a very timely way and Arman was responsive via phone and text messages. Delays were all from the vendors involved, and Arman has done a good job of remedying issues related to subpar materials being shipped by the cabinet company. A couple of notes: 1. You're hiring a contractor, not a design firm: Arman is great at telling you what to buy/select (and was super easy to order flooring from), but he is not here to make aesthetic choices on your behalf. 2. Sometimes his team doesn't think things through all the way but he will make it right as quickly as possible (i.e., not perfecting aligning cabinet doors, not cutting out enough space in baseboard molding for a cabinet to open all the way). 3. Overall, the price was super competitive so the above items were not a huge issue for me.

Alia’s flooring crew was professional and kind and honestly they made our home look brand new with refinishing floors and putting in new carpets. We are so happy with their work and will definitely turn to them again for other home repairs!

Arman and his crew worked on multiple projects in our house: replaced carpet on two staircases, removed old carpet and installed vinyl on two floors, and created two new walls with doors to make the house that we recently bought work for our life. Arman was always very responsive via phone and email. The crews that worked on the various projects were always on time, professional and courteous. Arman worked with us to stay in the requested budget, he assisted us when the initial material we picked was not available due to supply chain issues, and he worked with his contacts to source different material that would be available within our preferred timeline. The team worked efficiently and did a great job with the installation and cleaning up afterwards. Arman and his team were great to work with on our full kitchen renovation from planning to finishing off all of the little details carefully for this 120 year old house. They removed a soffit so that the cabinets could be hung higher and then shifted the hood vent over a few feet. Installed an island and new pantry cabinets in the hallway. We went with Wolf Cabinets, Beau Flor LVP, quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, all new paint color, and all new lighting. Arman’s team worked quickly and carefully and were always very friendly and courteous. I would recommend them for any home renovation!

Customized service, quality work from a locally based owner! (i) Demolished a gas fire place from a ground level room and replaced with shelves for storage bins. The workmanship and the paint job was excellent. (ii) Tore out carpet and replaced with vinyl wood plank. Highly recommend. Will use again.

Arman and his crew have transformed our kitchen by installing new cabinetry, backsplash, range hood, lighting and moulding. It's now become our favorite room. Even though our budget was small, Arman worked with us to make our project possible. He was patient, honest and timely and the results are fantastic.

My parents condo bathroom flooded into their bedroom and also damaged the exterior walls of their hallway during Christmas time. Arman’s team came in within days and knocked out all the repairs, to include extra plush carpeting ( being a first floor unit they needed the comfort!) and dry wall/crown molding replacement. My condo had a flood in June. It was sort of a nightmare processes from that day on. For 5 months I lived out of boxes and my condo was suched a mess. A friend recommended I should contact Alias and they were great. He came by and was able to give me a quote. Once I was ready, it all happened so fast and the floors came and they put them in a day in 1/2. They left the place cleaned a beautiful. I was very happy!

Hardwood floor installation. Arman is easy to work with, he's responsive and friendly. I purchased the materials through Alia's. My floor used to sound like an 18th century ship when you walked on it. Now, I'm still looking for a spot where it squeaks, but I haven't found it yet. They did a great job.

We had our floors redone, the work was completed quickly and they turned out great! Arman was in communication with us the whole time and made the process a breeze.

Arman at Alia's Flooring was very helpful and attentive to our project needs. He left us with a good choice of carpet samples. His team stripped out very old carpet and laid the new in one day. About a week later they sanded and stained the stairs (previously carpeted over). Once dry (a day or two later) his team returned and laid the runner in a couple of hours. It has transformed the stairs and rooms in our traditional colonial. Everyone was great to work with and I recommend this company. .

Arman and his team did very nice work with the floors and stairs in the common areas of our condo building. They installed hardwood stairs and flooring in one area of the building, and carpet in another area (not pictured). The work turned out very nicely, and their pricing was very competitive. Arman was very responsive and communicative throughout the process, and helped identify issues and challenges very early in the process that other contractors did not identify. Would recommend! (one note on the photos -- Alia's did not install the new railing and banister, just the floors)

Arman was so great to work with - he responded immediately when I initially contacted him, and was so helpful in dealing with our issue (fridge leak, which led to warped floorboards). He kept us informed about the status of ordering the floorboards, performed the work in a single day, and worked really well with our condo building's requirements.
