Great options, good installers. Just don’t expect timely installation (sitting at 3 months now and still not done) and they refused to do any detail or finish work even as one of the higher priced options, of course, they’ll only tell you that after you pay. My drywall was ripped in multiple places by them taking baseboard down, which they then refused to fix, my walls were torn and dinged in multiple places (I expect some scuffing and minor scratches/dents).

Excellent selection, very professional estimate and installation of both luxury vinyl tile floor and carpet. Responsive, prompt, pleasant.. I would use them again without hesitation. The owner even came to our home to assess how to install the tiles around our unmovable professional grade stove/ovens.

Arlandria Floors installed a new kitchen floor and also repaired/refinished all of our hardwood floors throughout the house. Superb job in the kitchen, Raymond Busch was extremely helpful in assisting us in our flooring selection and then followed-up through the project. Excellent results! Even though our hardwood floors are 80 years old, Arlandria Flooring made them look new. Incredible job sanding, refinishing and replacing boards where necessary. Again, Raymond was with us throughout the project and his colleagues did a very professional job. No need to look elsewhere; Arlandria Floors can do it all!

I had an unfortunate situation in which my painting crew dripped something across my beautifully installed floors (Arlandria Floors did the original floor install). Something had destroyed the finish on about 25%+ of my overall job. Raymond came by to see if there was a fix that would not require replacing the damaged areas. He even took a left over board to test some options. It was finally determined that replacement was the only option. Gus and his team came in and efficiently took up the damaged boards and replaced them with new ones. I am very happy with the result. Great work from all involved at Arlandria Floors. Arlandria Floors were extremely helpful in finding the exact runner for our split-level entryway stairs. I sent them a picture of one that I was hoping to find via email and I had a response that same day. Their store carried a wide variety of options. Carpet installation was within a week turnaround time after it was ordered and delivered from the warehouse. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially during this difficult COVID time.

I had the best experience from beginning to end. It took three days to remove carpet, tile and laminate, install my AMAZING new LVT, baseboards, and new door trim. They were patient with me in dealing with approval from my condo association. I got to finance it as well, which is always great. I’m so happy with my new flooring! I highly recommend this company.
