John and Debbie Harrison at Arrowhead Floor and Window Coverings handled all the flooring and custom window treatments for the home my wife and I built in Lake Arrowhead. They were just the kind of family-run business with deep roots in the local community we were looking for. The price was competitive, and the service impeccable. Not only did they offer an extraordinary array of options for our flooring and windows treatment needs, they also made sure everything went smoothly during the whole process from measurement through installation and service. Lastly, since we were building a “smart-home,” we were really pleased by how experienced they were with the integration requirements of the latest home automation technologies. Scorziell Development, Inc. has used Arrowhead Floor's on several of our large projects. Including a couple of large lakefront homes. They have supplied a wide range of affordable to very high end wood floors and carpets for our homes. They have very unique products like wine barrel flooring that we used in a high end wine room and wine bar. And remote controlled blinds for a Theator room. Most of our high end clients expect professionalism. John fits this bill. He is always very helpful and will lend out or bring any needed samples. They have very nice samples at their shop. All very appropriate for our Lake Arrowhead area. John is also very conscious of timing and has driven long distances on short notice to get product to us. We ordered Solar Screen Shades for 7 windows. Installer Craig, who is a certified Hunter Douglas installer, spent hours making sure everything was done to our satisfaction.
