I recently purchased a washer and dryer and was concerned about whether the dryer vent had been installed during the initial setup. The store manager sent a team out to verify the installation. It turned out the new dryer vent had been installed as expected. I appreciated the manager taking the time to ensure everything was in order and giving me peace of mind. Based on this experience, I would shop with them again in the future.

I have used Britt's for all of my flooring, tile, and appliances since 2006. I've shopped around at the big box stores and large flooring suppliers but none come close to the selection, service, and quality of installation. They've been around for ever and service all over. I've referred friends and family to them as well. I will continue to support this family owned business. Recommend.

I previously purchased carpet, flooring, and appliances from the Snellville location with rave reviews. Since they closed I went to the Lawrenceville location. Not sure if it is the management or the ownership, but I will never work or refer anyone to this business again. So disappointing. There is no project management, when things are delayed you get no notice. The salesperson ordered the incorrect grout for our tile job. Everything had to be torn out and redone, but knowledge would have averted this problem. The installers showed up with out enough material and without the layout from the design person, We order 3,000 sq feet of flooring which delayed several times with no notice. The measurer said they would level our sunroom. When the tear out was done, I again addressed the leveling with the sales person and sent pictures. When the installers arrived, they knew nothing about leveling the sun room. I asked for a supervisor - was told he could come out in a week! The installers didn't have the finishing pieces - no one told anyone, again I had to call for the job to be completed. There is no communications, no scheduling, no follow-up and you have to pay in full upfront. I didn't question that since I had been so happy in the past. Two supervisors said we would get a credit - nothing. You are taking a chance if you use this company today.

We went to Britts for our home flooring because we had purchased appliances from them in the past and had appreciated their knowledgeable staff and reliable product line. We were considering vinyl plank as wanted a more durable floor that would stand up to children, pets and most importantly, water accidents. We also felt we had a unique situation as we live in a log home; therefore wanted a very realistic rustic wood look. Susan, our store consultant, guided us to the perfect product for our home, giving us lots of choices and information. The installers of our flooring were on time, extremely conscientious and precise. They gave attention to the little details that made the finished product look simply amazing. We could not be happier with the look the new floor gives our home.
