About Us

Cindy and Rob Butler have been in business since May 1999. The majority of our business is through referrals. We have lots of happy customers who love to pass our name onto their friends/family in need of new flooring. We strive to not only outdo the "big box" competitors with personal service and competitive pricing, but our installation crews are extremely experienced in their specialized fields. And with flooring, that is one of the key ingredients. We have a large showroom with thousands of samples! You are not limited by what we can fit in a "van". After you stop by the showroom, take some samples home with you, then we can schedule a free in-home estimate. Flooring choices are constantly changing and we are here to make it as easy and as comfortable as possible.

We were extremely happy with our new wooden flooring installed by Butler Floors. We found them to be honest, helpful and down to earth. Their prices were competitive with others around and their crew did a great job. We were given good advice from Rob regarding install and wood choices, all in all we are delighted.

I'm very happy with Butler Floors. They were able to schedule our luxury vinyl and carpet install with 2 weeks lead time and their crew finished the job 1 day faster than scheduled. They have a huge variety of flooring to choose from and the owners are very kind and professional. They recommended a good company to demo our tile as well. I'll return to Butler when we need to re-do our bathroom and kitchen floors. I've had a number of home repairs done over the past 6 months and Butler delivers on quality and customer service.

Butler floors replaced the tile on our kitchen floor and installed wood throughout the lower floor of our house. Both jobs were excellent! They are a nice couple to work with And a locally owned business. I would recommend them to anyone! The people who do the installing are first rate! Excellent!

I highly recommend Butler Floors. Rob and Cindy provided wonderful personal service and their installation team are fabulous! We had over 1500 square feet of wood look tile installed and they did a wonderful job. I know it must take extra skill, time and materials to place the tiles so close together that they look just like wood, but they did it! I was expecting to come back into our house and spend days cleaning up grout remains, but that was not at all the case. The floors were remarkably clean and move-in ready.

We used Butler floors to replace all the carpeting and pads in our 3500 sq ft house. Really couldn't be happier with the process and results. I admit I have a really hard time decorating especially with such a big decision that affects almost every room, but they were really patient with multiple trips for samples and lots of time in the store. Everything went well after that, appointments for measuring and installing were right on schedule and couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend Butler Floors for their selection, price, professionalism, and great installers.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I had been to a number of flooring/tile stores in Austin and just happened to see that they were rated well on Yelp. I live in South Austin, so thought I'd stop in. I hit the jackpot! Not only did they have great selections, but they went "beyond the call of duty" to help me. I have worked mostly with Cindy Butler, but everyone was helpful. Cindy listens well, is patient, knowledgeable and talented. She works hard to help her clients with their selections. (She even sent me ideas through Houzz after hours). She is AMAZING! They are small business owners who definitely know how to be successful and I will continue to recommend them to friends and clients.

Butler Floors is great! My boyfriend and I showed up close to closing time with no idea how everything worked or where to even begin this process. Rob stayed late to make sure we found what we were looking for and answered every question we had. They got us scheduled in a short amount of time and had everything done in one day! Cindy was very nice and helpful too. We love our new wood floors and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing floors!
