Champion Floor is one of our Go-To vendors for all types of flooring needs. They have a wide variety of products to meet any price point and an incredibly knowedgeable and helpful staff that we always enjoy working with. We have used Champion for numerous client projects over the years and every time they have provided us with excellent service as well as a beautiful finished product. We always appreciate their attention to detail and level of care and highly recommend them!

We recently had Champion install new carpeting in 3 bedrooms. Ralph the boss gave us the estimate personally and also gave us good tips on installing the hardwood flooring that we did ourselves. The installers were very professional and fast. We will use Champion again. Ralph and his family are great neighbors too!

If you’re thinking about doing some renovation on your home and have never done it before you’ll soon realize how important it is to hire a company that knows how to treat people. If you’re plans include flooring then Champion is the place to go! Ralph and all of his employees are the nicest people you will find, they are honest, genuine, trustworthy, considerate and professional. We’ve recently completed a major remodel which included a massive custom flooring project that was finished to perfection by Champion Floor. When the owner Ralph first came out to bid the job we spent the first hour or so talking about Grandkids, we kept talking until my General Contractor asked us if we knew each other. We didn’t, it was the first time we ever met but I knew before we even began talking business that he was the one we were going to go with and I’m so glad we did. Everyone that works for Ralph has his same qualities and that is something rare these days but it isn’t surprising, good people attract good people and these folks really care! I'm a designer that has worked with Champion Flooring, I would say their workmanship and customer service is top notch! They worked with a client of mine on wood flooring, area rugs, floor and wall tile and a carpet stair runner. All turned out beautiful and affordable!! I would definitely work with them in the future!

Worst experience imaginable. The floor they installed came unglued in the middle of the entry way 1 week after they installed it. The repair is the most pathetic workmanship I've ever seen. Do yourself a favor and go any where else for your floor.

What a great company! It starts with their amazing show room, vast choices of products, and the best customer service around. Our designer friend, who is working with my mother-in-law recommended Champion Floor for basement flooring - carpet and other flooring choices. My mother-in-law's basement has been having a water issue on and off over the years. Instead of just selling the flooring - Champion recommended solving the water problem first - and even provided names of companies to work with on the issue. After the water problem was fixed, Champion completed the project on time, within budget, and with no headaches. A credit to their honesty and professionalism. Our designer said they were the best to work with - and we agree! I also discovered they can do sports team logos on hardwood floors - like what you would see on basketball courts. They'll be getting a call soon for the flooring behind the bar in the man-cave!

We moved into a home that had carpet in the bathroom and was in serious need of an update. Champion was able to show us several options that were in our budget. We visited their showroom in Maryland Heights and could actually see all of the options available (as well as give us ideas for other updates as well). The process was painless from the initial bid, thru the scheduling, all the way to the completion of the project. I couldn't have been happier!

We were in the market for some new flooring throughout the house and were considering several options. One of the options was to refinish the hardwood floors that were under our carpets. I was recommended to Champion by my son who knows of them through the local chamber of commerce. Our floors were stained from years of use by my family including several dogs. They came out and have us a bid for the project that was very reasonable. Their workers were very professional and courteous throughout the job and were done in the time promised. They used a dustless sanding system was great and kept the dust from getting in the house. After it was sanded I was able to pick the exact color of stain that I wanted (I was able to match some of my other trim and entertainment center). The floors look better than I can ever remember them looking even when the house was new. Champion did a great job and I would strongly recommend them!

I met with Ralph to review options for the flooring in my house. He gave several options and was not just focused on driving up his sale. Once agreed upon, his company was timely and they helped to minimize the inconvenience of having the entire main floor resurfaced (the existing wood areas) and new wood added in areas that were carpeted. The staff was accommodating and very helpful in allowing multiple stain tests so we could find the stain that suited us best. Upon completion, we had one area that we were not satisfied with (I am a picky person) and Ralph did not hesitate to change it. And, there was no delay. I would highly recommend Champion Flooring Co to anyone. When our project was complete, the main level of the house was all wood, completely matching between existing and new and the finish is exactly what we wanted.
