'm so glad I came across Conejo Hardwoods as we were searching for cabinet hardware for our kitchen remodel. Ruben was a great help in selecting and following up on the status. I also became intrigued by their large selection of wood slabs. Ruben helped me select the perfect slab for the dining table in our newly remodeled house. He also coached me up on how to sand and finish the table myself. It is an amazing conversation piece and commented on by anyone that comes to the house. I highly recommend Conejo Hardwoods, their staff and the beautiful pieces of wood they carry.

I don’t post reviews and so I’m making an exception and posting this because of the exceptional service and positive experience I had with Conejo Hardwoods over the past few months, specifically with Chris Hiller, their Project Manager. My wife and I decided to remove the carpeting in our dining room and family room and replace it with prefabricated engineered wood flooring. Chris visited our home, took measurements, and promptly sent me a quote. I had several questions that Chris promptly responded to with great knowledge and professionalism. He ordered samples from the manufacturer that we were able to view and upon doing that we placed our order with Chris in October. We chose to wait until after the holidays to schedule the installation for the week of Jan 4. Chris accompanied the two workers on the first day and they followed all COVID-19 protocols including obtaining tests prior to arriving at our home and masking off the work area and wearing masks. The workers cleaned up every day and after the job was completed which was within the estimated time frame that Chris quoted us. We are delighted with our new floors and were very pleased with Chris’ professionalism and the quality of the work done. I would recommend Conejo Hardwoods to anyone that is looking for a reputable and professional company for floor installations.

We had a list of about 7 different retailers to investigate new flooring for our home. Conejo ended up being the last one we visited. By this time we had zeroed in on a particular floor and manufacturer/style. We got our quote from Conejo HW and it was originally higher than another retailer located on Thousand Oaks Blvd. and they were more than happy to not only meet, but beat the price we had. This was not an auction by any means, but shows that Conejo HW wanted our business. Chris Hiller became our "project mgr." from start to finish and this guy is nothing short of outstanding. Really cares about YOU as the customer as well as getting the job right and on time too~! I have included Before & After pics and my wife and I could not be happier with the installation team (Victor...your the BEST~!) and overall experience we had. This will be our "go to" store for any future flooring needs for sure.

Wonderfully service oriented group. Better than average (excellent) selection and knowledge, plus fair and competitive pricing. Based on some of the other places i shopped at, Conejo Hardwoods is a notch above and worth the drive. Call-out to my sales representative Francisco for being professional, courteous and flexible especially during these times of COVID. He also knew who i was and remembered my order though sometimes my inquiries were months apart - now that's pretty unbelievable.

HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COMPETITIVE PRICING. Used them 18 years ago and using them again for our remodel. 1st rate company and obviously would use again.

We unexpectedly found ourselves in the middle of a partial remodel (and carpet replacement) after having water damage last summer. Thankfully, Conejo Hardwoods was my last stop, among many in the Conejo Valley area, as I sifted through the overwhelming number of wood flooring options. Francisco was my point person and was professional and responsive from beginning to end! He was able to answer very detailed product specification and installation questions. And, in the midst of dealing with a stressful remediation situation, his care and customer service made all the difference. I was able to process the information and make the best decision for our family - both aesthetically and in relation to indoor air quality.

I’ve been selling homes and building homes for over 18 years. I thought I knew a lot about Wood however I was wrong. They spent two hours educating me on different woods and where they’re from and their strength. All of the staff was very knowledgeable and no one was pushy or tried to up sell. I wish I would’ve started doing business with them along time ago

Francisco Mondet is the kind of professional that makes you feel as though he’s known him your entire life. Not only did he put our needs and beat interest first he took the time to go above and beyond when we needed him most. I bought wood flooring for a large portion of my new house and had a perfect experience with Conejo Hardwoods. Their selection was great, pricing was good, Francisco provided me with flawless customer service from providing me with free boxes of samples so I could see the full color range of a given floor, storing the wood for me for several weeks, and regularly checking up on how satisfied I was with everything. I can’t say enough about them and would highly recommend them

I am an interior designer and worked with Conejo Hardwood last week for the first time. I have a residential client who quickly needed wood flooring for his entire house after our previously selected wood (from a different supplier) fell through. Francisco literally made magic happen by quickly and efficiently getting BEAUTIFUL flooring to my client the very next day. He was able to provide a better product for a lesser price, and I was so impressed with his level of customer service. I recently bought all of my hardware for all doors and cabinets at Conejo Hardwoods. The process was so easy and enjoyable, which is not usually the case! This is my husband and my 3 house remodel, and although the hardware is like the jewelry of the house, it is a stressful decision because it is expensive and most likely won’t be changed for a very long time. They have so many great lines to choose from. Everything was so organized and easy to pull to see together. Gerson was so knowledgeable about all the components we would need to get this job done. He got us our pricing immediately, and was able to place the order while we were there. This was awesome, because it helped keep our job on schedule.
