About Us

Diversified Floor Care has over 25 years of experience in installing residential and commercial flooring of all types. We have expanded our range of business by incorporating our Select Flooring Showroom, allowing us to both provide and install any type of flooring you are looking for. We warranty our installs for life, and will also be able to be contacted if an issue does come up. Our services range from wood, laminate, vinyl & ceramic tile installations to bathroom and kitchen remodeling. We also specialize and have experience in custom staining and finishing of wood & stair cases.

There were some ugly issues with tiles we ordered from a company, but Diversified (Larry and John, as managers) really took great care of the tile removal and tile install job to ensure we were very happy with the end result! Their responsiveness to several kinks was awesome…they went above and beyond throughout the project!!

We hired diversified floors to do our engineered hardwood floors. This company doesn't have its act together. First wrong color wood came. The second time around they were short 2 boxes. So they ordered and then they left us in the middle of work saying they will come back once wood arrives. I called numerous times they would not answer. They came back after 10 days to finish the job. They didn't give us any paperwork on wood or warranty, I have tried calling them, they said they will email, but no email yet. They don't answer or return phone calls. Very unprofessional. I have spent almost $4500 but I have no warranties from them.

Ashley was great. She beat the competitions pricing, was always available when I had questions and accommodated my schedule. The hardwood downstairs was done so well and it looked so great that I had Diversified do the entire house. I have recommended them to a coworker and she also had great results. They are in my cell phone now and I no longer have to consider who will do flooring for my homes. I just call Ashley and it gets done right.

I highly recommend Diversified Flooring! Everyone from their company was very professional. The sales person was amazing and very knowledgeable. The installers were knowledgeable and experienced. They arrived on time and finished the job within the time frame they had provided. I have construction going on in another part of the house right now and will definitely be using this company for the flooring when the constitution is complete.
