Enhance Floors and More

Enhance Floors and More refinished our 23-year-old white oak floors in a slightly different shade. They were damaged from sunlight, pets and water and the individual boards had separated in the seams from settling and shrinking. They filled in the seams and then resanded. I must say what a difference that made and we really like the new color. The sanding made some nice slight variations in the wood that resemble new flooring choices that have a distressed design. We are very pleased with the end result although it was not a fun process but thankfully not one required very often. My husband and I did a lot of the furniture moving and covering chandeliers, drapes, mirrors etc. that we could not take down and the crew moved the rest at an additional charge. Although there is not as much dust as in the old days from sanding there is still quite a bit even with the newest methods. I'm so glad we ended up doing it. We had a hard time deciding if we were up for the project which is quite a job but it was worth it in the end and only a few days inconvenience. The pros did a nice job, showed up on time and stayed in communication with us throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

From the moment we stepped into the show room to the installation, they were attentive, helpful and efficient in helping us select our carpeting. The staff at their showroom was very helpful with the design and scheduling. The installers were prompt and very professional, leaving my house clean each day during remodel. This was all proven try after working with them to completely recarpet our new house. They are true flooring experts - installers were extremely respectful and thorough and cared that they were meeting our needs. I did carpet and laminate hardwoods in a 1900 square foot house. From start to finish Enhance was very professional. The floors look beautiful! The price and quality was better than I could have gotten with some of the big name floor companies that advertise all the time. I will definitely use them again when I have floor, bathroom or kitchen needs.

Since moving to the Atlanta area back in 1994 we have used Enhance Floors and More numerous times over the years to up-date and/or install hardwood floors and new carpeting. We've had them not only do our kitchen flooring but also coordinate an entire updating of our kitchen and kitchen dining area. While recently installing a new hardwood floor in our family room they also updated our fireplace setting. The reasons we keep coming back to them is that they: are creative in their approaches, cost conscious in not trying to over sell anything; have real talented, skilled professionals available; stayed in time frames given; personally involved themselves in all facets of the job; followed-up on the completed job; go out of their way to be sure the customer is thoroghly satisfied with the finsihed product. We'll be seeking them out to re-do/update our bathrooms. We would give them a 5++++ rating if available!

Installed new carpet in our living/dining room and on our back staircase. The sales people in the store are very knowledgeable and helped us weigh our options between hardwood and carpet. They came out to measure the area for the official price quote. Everyone we dealt with, including the installers, were very helpful and made my wife very comfortable having them in our home. They even moved all of the furniture at no additional cost. Highly recommend using this company.

In January 2012, we had our carpeting taken up and hardwood floors installed throughout our house. While this was a very challenging remodeling job for us to continue to live in the house during this job, it was handled very professionally, and was completed within the 3 day period of time. The installers were very careful moving the furniture around and cleaned up after themselves every day. The floors are absolutely beautiful and I wish I had done this sooner.
