I would recommend Floors Direct North without hesitation. Jeannie worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy with the wood and installation. The wood she found looks fantastic. Everyone she sent to our home in relation to the measuring and installation of the floor were extremely professional, skilled, and great to work with. In particular, the installers, Ross and Danny were excellent. They were easy to work with, and did a wonderful job. They paid a lot of attention to detail, and the results are amazing!

In the past few years I've had them install carpet, laminate and engineered hardwood flooring with all my clients and the results have been excellent every time. We hired Floors Direct North 3 different times over the past few years to instal both laminant and hardwood flooring. Recently we had the carpeting removed from the second floor of our 20 year old four bedroom Aurora home. Floors Direct was awesome! They took care of lifting and disposing of the old carpet and laid down beautiful new engineered hardwood. They moved the furniture and everything all while we enjoyed a vacation away. Spectacular! From asking the right questions in his showroom, to narrowing down our optimum flooring choices, to providing a professional installation crew, Ben at Floors Direct North was the consummate contractor. We were encouraged to take samples home to see them in our home's lighting. His estimate was within our budget and he worked with us to book the work to our schedule. The installers showed up when promised and were friendly, conscientious and hard working. Any difficulties (like the nosing to be installed at the basement stairs wouldn't work without some tricky alterations) were brought to our attention and discussed to resolve to our satisfaction. The cleanup was spotless at the end of each day. Our new wood floors are so awesome it will be difficult to put the furniture back! We couldn't be happier.
