We had our floors installed last week and are extremely impressed. The quality was superb, service was fantastic and the installers did an impressive job. I would highly recommend global carpets to anyone. Additionally they made custom vents to match our floors which make the house look modern and complete.

We recently bought a new home and wanted to replace some of the old carpet (with new carpet and laminate) before moving in. We visited the Global Carpets vast showroom and the selection was amazing, but Ash and Cheryl quickly helped us zero in on what we were interested in and we soon made our choice. They came to measure the rooms in our home the next day and installation happened just days after so we were able to move into a finished home less than a week after walking into the store! The job was well done and the newly updated floors exceeded our expectations so we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. In fact we are probably going to go back to get an area rug or two in the next few weeks!

i would highly recommend Global Carpets located at Heather and SW Marine Drive in Vancouver. recently, i was in the market for new carpet for my basement. Ash at Global Carpet has walked me thru every aspect and needs we might have and explained everything to us in selection the right carpet. although there have been some back of forth discussions and issues with the carpet from the supplier, Ash has always been very proactive and provide a solution. in the end, we got the carpet we really liked and installed by two guys in a day. - looks beautiful! We did a full renovation of our first floor in our townhouse. I collected quotes from four different flooring companies, three of them came to measure and describe the necessary process required for a new engineered hardwood living room floor, and also for wool carpeting on our staircase to the second floor. The selection was excellent and I found exactly what I wanted. Ash, our consultant and salesman, was knowledgeable and very accessible. We had access to his cell phone, and we were able to contact him with questions or timing issues very quickly. Their prices were much lower than the other estimates we received. It was a no-brainer to use them. Both of the installation crews were respectful, clean, and exhibited good workmanship. Now that the wood floor is installed, and the carpet has been laid, we are thrilled, and confident we absolutely did the best we could to get the best quality flooring for the price.

Ash from Global Carpets in Vancouver, BC was fabulous to work with! He helped as I struggled with a perfect wood for a renovation of a Penthouse in Yaletown. He showed endless patience and finally introduced me to the representative for the Vintage line of Engineered Hardwood. I ended up with a custom smokey grey colour in an oiled Maple - perfection! Ash also helped me find a complimentary grey/brown wool carpet for the den and bedrooms. The prices were very competitive and the service very good! Ash is very responsive, returning calls immediately!!! I would highly recommend Global and especially Ash to anyone looking for flooring in the Vancouver area.

Global did a great job on our carpets on the stairs and media room as well as the hardwood floors in other areas. Our contractor (SharpProjects) referred us to them and has been working with them for a long time. They had good prices and a huge selection to choose from. Ash was helpful in working with us to select the materials and his trades did both the carpet and hardwood install. We are particular about the quality and workmanship and also know how flooring should be put in. The installers responded to our directions and requests. Somethings were not seen until we had a chance to see the flooring. A couple of minor details that needed attention were taken care of when the installers came back to ensure all details were complete. We would happily refer them to others.
