Great Floors

my floors were purchased and installed by great floors. they look like a DIY project. the refrigerator was left in the hallway and when my workers showed up, they thought they were doing me a favor and moved the refrigerator. the installer neglected to tell me the floors needed several weeks to cure so the refrigerator ripped the floor. it was sheet vinyl and the installer left bubbles under the vinyl. in addition, they laid the vinyl so the seam was obviously noticable. also, the base boards were not finished. i had a wall the needed some mud repair so they left me unistalled baseboards. turns out it was no help but strategic as there was not enough baseboard to finish the project. same with the cove base. if you have a choice, choose a different company for your project. the baseboards they did install look like I did the work myself, not a professional job. i laid a new floor myself over the ripped vinyl great floors installed and my floor looks great! now if I can figure out how to get the bubble and crease out of the bathroom vinyl it might look good too.
