About Us

I have been in the wood floor business for over 30 years serving the residents of St George, Utah and surrounding Washington County communities. I sell and install solid and engineered wood floors, sand and finish as well as refinishing of existing floors. My motto is to install floors in ways that make the floor last the life of the house. That is created by exceeding all the installation specifications designed into the installation. I am unique in that I personally am involved on a daily basis with each and every project. I install, finish and refinish along side my employees throughout the day. I do not send subcontractors or employees out to your house unsupervised. Greg is truly a professional and an artist. He has restored our faith that there can be reliable and great-craftsmen contractors!! He communicates the timeline of the project and what is involved so well. He sent us frequent updates plus each workday he sent photos and reports on the day's completed work . His years of experience is so beneficial. Our floor had its own challenges--refinishing red oak wood and manufactured portions plus adding and blending in new floor. He was helpful in being Switzerland and coming up with a color that my husband and I could both agree on and that would look good with our existing cabinetry! He is an artist who loves his craft and takes great pride in it. He had a followup visit and wants to come in the future to see how it's doing. We fully recommend him!

Greg was Awesome. A real professional with years of experience. His attention to detail was excellent. He was always on time and cleaned up his work everyday. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to refinish or repair their hardwood floors. We had about 1000 sq. ft. of Brazilian cherry wood floors that were 15 years old. They look absolutely incredible with 3 coats of polyurethane finish witch should last another 20 years. By the way his price was very reasonable and fair. Thank you Greg for a job well done. Greg Warren is a very talented wood floor professional. We live in St. George, Utah and had been looking for help with our floor for about two months. Fortunately, a lumber company referred us to Greg and our worries were over. He found wood to match our 15-year-old oak floor and did a first-rate job laying it. He also found and repaired some problem areas on the existing floor. Now everything looks great!

My kitchen wood floor was 25 years old and very yellow with age. Greg did a fantastic job! I love my newly finished floor! I usually scrub my floor by hand, down on my knees where I can really see how clean I am getting it. This means I can also see just how well the finish job was on the floor and if any spots were missed or not done well. I have been very impressed at the perfection with which Greg finished my floor. Every nook and cranny is perfect! I highly recommend Greg Warren Hardwood Floors!
