We hired this company to do flooring. They experience was less than memorable. We had to get them to come back and fix many errors. This wasted the clients time which we believed quality work should have been done correctly the first time. The crew didn’t respect our home and the owner was arrogant. Would not recommend from our negative experience.

Our experience with Hardwood Flooring Depot was exceptional. Omar was informative and patient as we took samples to and from our home over a period of days. We finally selected Palladio Nantucket as the flooring that was perfect for our family room. The variation of colors blends well with other colors in our home. The pricing for the project was very fair. Installation by Paco and his crew was efficient and professional. I highly recommend Hardwood Flooring Depot and specifically Omar for satisfaction in completing your flooring projects.

Hardwood Flooring Depot is fabulous they have an amazing selection of wood floor. They are located on Research Drive in Irvine. Arman is extremely proficient in product knowledge, he was very helpful and patient with me in my selection process. I highly recommend Hardwood Flooring Depot for your wood floor needs. Their pricing is fantastic, and customer service superior! I investigated other stores and they didn't have the knowledge, trustworthiness, superior customer service or patience like Hardwood Flooring provides to their customers

I could not be happier! I went to Hardwood Flooring Depot and Camron let me take as much time as I wanted to review all their flooring samples without any pressure. I purchased cork flooring for four rooms in my house: kitchen, dining room, living room and hall. This company has a very large selection of hardwoods, laminate and cork flooring and they also sell direct. After I chose my flooring, I got another bid and it was NEARLY DOUBLE that of Hardwood Flooring Depot (I spent $4900, the other bid was for $9437)! All my many emails were promptly answered. They were very cautious with the installation and very precise, and the lead installer was very courteous and customer-service oriented. After the flooring was down, I did not like the pattern that a few of the boards were making, and I asked him to reshuffle the boards in that area. He did, even though it was already 5:30 pm and they were almost ready to go home. And he did it with a smile! In short, I found a great selection, great customer service, rock-bottom pricing and careful installation of my floor. I just stumbled upon this company on the internet and boy am I glad I did.
