We do apologize if you felt our supervisor was rude, as that was never his intent and are truly sorry to hear that you would not use us again. However we did not find that the section of trim was poorly installed. We used a factory made 2x2 bullnose corner piece that was put into place at a corner of two directions. The corner piece is made for changing directions and has a rounded edge. Our Supervisor did not see any tiles that were crooked nor were any tiles pointed out to him found to be crooked. When we feel that the workmanship of on a job is substandard, we do whatever is necessary to make it right. In this case, we do not feel it was substandard workmanship.
