Hertaus Floors

I highly recommend Hertaus Floors! We looked at all the big home repair stores for flooring and all the chain flooring stores. due to a limited small amount of choices I could not find the floor I wanted for my kitchen. Hertaus Floors has so many options compared to all the others. They were great to work with as well. We even went back for carpet because we enjoyed their selection and customer service so much. We used them a year ago and still love our flooring. This is the only place I will go for flooring. You will find what you want here

We had Hertaus Floors replace the carpet in our home with Luxury Vinyl Plank and we are very pleased with everything. Lisa was very good at explaining our o[tions and Julio was great on the installation. Everything was completed as scheduled and the cost was less than other estimates received. We would highly recommend Hertaus Floors.

Hertaus is an exceptional business with excellent service. The flooring install was a big job, and was worth every penny. Everyone at Hertaus took great care of us through the entire process. They were always available to answer any questions even before the actual install. Installers were early each day and kept us informed. Very kind and friendly. I love my new floors. I will definitely call on Hertaus Flooring on the next project.

We loved working with Hertaus Floors. I assumed there would be supply chain issues but really there were none. Lisa gave us an estimate of when to expect it and that’s when we got it. Our carpet was installed by Dan and he did an excellent job! Very conscientious and quick. If I ever need more flooring I will definitely go back to Hertaus

Installation date was given by the person who took measurements, but the date offered was much later. This is very poor business practice and i would not recommend this company to anyone.

The team at Hertaus was exceptional, from sale to final inspection. If anything came up, they figured out how to handle it. If this were my business, I couldn't be prouder of their work. We had the first floor redone in a wood finish, and from implementation to final inspection they were superb.

I highly recommend Houzz! The crew were amazing. All very friendly. They are a well oiled machine. They did a great job in great time. They took care to clean after and leave no trace. They were very careful in moving my appliances. Thank you guys for a wonderful job and a great morning! It was a joy having you in my home.

They did a great job helping us select the carpet for our theater and family room and the installers did a great job with our special requirements regarding the transition by the ticket window. Nice work ! We will use them again.

Hertaus has installed carpeting on two sets of stairs in our home. One proved to be quite troubling and it all came out BEAUTIFUL!!! The sales people were awesome too:-)

Hertaus Floors is as good as it gets. Incredibly helpful, informative, and fun to work with. Their product offerings, whether it be LVT flooring or quartz countertop materials comes from the finest manufacturers and is of the highest quality. The professional installers Hertaus uses for flooring, countertops, etc., are likewise truly outstanding and their workmanship was unparalleled.

I would highly recommend Hertaus Floors. I live just down the street from Hertaus, but had originally gotten a quote from Home Depot, assuming they would be more affordable than a local business. My sister used Hertaus for the carpeting in their new house and said I should get a quote from them too. Not only was Hertaus less expensive, being a family owned business made my experience so personal. The owner even called me to check in after the installation to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. I also ended up having them re-finish my wood floors - which turned out amazing. I waited over 11 years to get new carpeting in my house and I cannot believe the transformation in my house. I also love that I was able to shop local. Get a quote from them, you won't regret it!

We would highly recommend Hertaus Floors. They installed Luxury Vinyl Plank in our kitchen and dining room and removed the original linoleum and carpet. They installed Luxury Vinyl Tile in our bathrooms. The linoleum in the bathrooms was starting to pull up next to the tub/shower and was dated, so what we chose and had installed looks amazing! The carpet we had was old (original to the house) and stained from previous owners, so now having new, neutral carpet makes the house feel and look like new! The customer service we received at the Lakeville store was awesome! We worked with Tom and Norleen who were both very helpful in steering us in the right direction. When we first started our project, we had an idea of what we wanted, but didn't think of the vinyl options until visiting the store. The Hertaus family was great to work with and answered all my questions! I definitely would consider them for future projects.
