After interviewing 11 contractors we picked iDeal Floors & Design because of the honest conversation we had with Steve about what needed to be done to correct our water damaged floors. Steve removed the existing flooring in the mater bedroom, closet, laundry area, and living/dining rooms; installed vinyl plank underlay/flooring, and finished all the trim work. We are pleased with the product, duration upon commencement, work outcome, and professionalism Steve presented throughout the project.

Excellent company.. Steve is very professional and easy to work with. His pricing on projects is very reasonable and the quality of his work is top notch. Steve has done hardwood flooring throughout my new town home, as well as my staircase and window casing/baseboards. I also recently had Steve install the backsplash in my kitchen. Excellent costumer service and to date I have had not issue with his work.

Steve did crown molding in our home and he delivered what he promised. He was on time, cleaned up after himself, the price for the job was just right. The work he did turned out to be beautiful and makes the area look so much nicer. We hired Steve and Ideal Flooring to repair a botched bamboo flooring install from our GC. Steve was prompt, maintained a professional demeanor throughout, and completed the job as promised in the manor in which it was sold to us. Even came back and touched up a minor issue.
