Jacek is very knowledgeable and took time to prepare multiple custom made samples for me until I found my perfect color. He was very professional and his prices are very reasonable. We have had Jack of Klis Flooring in twice now. First project was repairing and refinishing the flooring below one of our radiators in the bedroom. The flooring matched perfectly which isn't always as easy as it might seem, especially in a vintage building like ours. He is very conscientious and well versed in his craft. Klis Flooring was so impressive, we didn't even think twice about calling anyone else in when it was time to redo our kitchen flooring. Jack quickly made short work of the repairs, then sanded and finished it to near original quality. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, but in no way overbearing or pushy. He is great about communicating with the customer and keeping to a schedule. Jack is one of the most punctual and dependable contractors I've had the pleasure of working with for a long time. He came to us on recommendations from a developer/real estate agent friend who chooses his contractors with high standards. We have recommended him to our neighbors, with glowing commentary on his work. If it's flooring you need done, Jack is your guy. He may not always be the cheapest, but he is very talented and won't disappoint.

I wanted to replace the flooring in my kitchen to make the house hardwood throughout. I had hired my friend but had to fire him because he didn't think he could stagger the flooring. this guy was a magician. staggered in my hardwood floors. stained it to match. finished them. I'd highly recommend him any day, any time. competitive good price too. Jack was very nice, honest, and polite too. I took a potential big risk hiring a stranger, but I found a magician. my biggest mistake was not taking pictures of him staggering the floor into the existing floor. my friends are raving about what a great job he did. so is my wife. remember, happy wife = happy life & more importantly miserable wife = miserable life. this guy made us so happy. I wish there was more I could do for him. truly the best. absolute magician.

Jack was very easy to work with and made my experience fixing small floor damage much easier than expected. I spoke to at least 4 other contractors who said that my issue couldn’t be spot treated - when they hadn’t even seen photos or visited in person. Jack listened to the issue, explained what the challenges could be, looked at pictures, and came out to inspect the issue on relatively short notice. When he saw it, he confirmed he could spot treat the issue and got started that very evening. He also worked the second and final visit into his busy schedule just two days later. When I returned to see the final product, I couldn't even tell where the original damage had been. I would gladly work with Jack again.
