By no means were they “new” to the industry. Russ spent the 20 years prior installing flooring. He is an installer at heart and manages all of our crews and installations. His knowledge ensures that the right people are doing the right job and is a great problem solver when questions arise. Tracy spent her years prior learning and practicing all things business. From data entry, to HR, to accounting. She is the mastermind behind our business and is the key ingredient to keeping this well-oiled machine running smoothly.
