Messner Carpeting

We had a bad experience with the installer. When we scheduled the installation, we asked Messner to send an installer that would wear a mask. When our installer arrived, I politely asked him to wear a mask when he was in my home. My wife and I are high risk for COVID, and we wore masks when he was in our home. The installer refused to wear a mask, and he wasn’t very nice about it. This installer also did quite a bit of damage to our walls during installation and to our furniture that he moved. When I brought this to Messner’s attention, their general manager came to our home and repaired some of the damage, but not all of it. He promised to come back and finish repairing the damage, but we never heard from him again. I suggest you go somewhere else for your carpet if you are looking for polite and professional installation services.

We are extremely happy with our new carpeting in all bedrooms, hallway, staircase and living room. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. The estimator was thorough and quick. The installers did a great job and were very neat. We got a high quality product expertly installed at a competitive price. Would recommend Messners to anyone.

Phenomenal customer service. The only place in Rochester where you can buy a good quality carpet and have it delivered and fitted in less than 3 hours (I kid you not!). Arrived at 11am, was immediately assisted, rapid carpet selection identified, site visit to check dimensions, professionally and courteously fitted new carpet by 2pm. I will be sourcing all my future carpet needs from this company. Thanks also for saving my marriage in the process!

I received wonderful, friendly advice and service from Messners when I went in to select an area rug for our living room. The carpet specialist showed me Karastan low pile rugs of interest.
